The location was perfect. Next to the resort, pool and facilities, which made it very convenient. The unit had everything that we needed. Alan is a great communicator and easy to get in touch with. Appreciate everything he did for us.

This property was perfect for our Thanksgiving vacation with our grown kids. Our 18-year-old said the pull-out bed was the most comfortable he’s ever slept on. We appreciated that the two other bedrooms were in the front of the unit, so we didn’t have to walk through his bedroom to go get coffee in the morning. We took advantage of the screened-in porch every day and night. The resort’s food is on the pricy side, but everything we ordered was delicious. There is free coffee available at the spa, but also a cafe to walk to at the main hotel the food there was excellent. We went to happy hour at Nosh and had great food and drinks there as well. We definitely recommend taking advantage of the free shuttle into town. The driver was so friendly and made our nights on the town more fun. The parking for the unit is very conveniently located right out in front. We also used the pool frequently and liked that there is chair side service. The unit had everything we needed for a great vacation and we would definitely stay there again!

This is our fourth visit to Naples resort, stayed in the hotel previously but must say the cottage was excellent. So close to the pool and you still get the use of all the resort facilities

We had an amazing week here with our teenagers. Property was exactly as advertised, very clean, and came with all the necessary amenities. Resort facilities were impressive and resort staff were very friendly and professional. Walking/biking distance to beach, great restaurants and shopping.

As stated by others- Alan is an excellent host. Always available to communicate with. Beautiful property. We were a group of 2 couples nearing retirement. Love the adult pool area. Walking distance to so many things.

We had a wonderful experience! The unit is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. The resort is wonderful as well!! Love the pool, the drinks and food. We love that there is always a golf cart to transport you around the property. All staff on property are polite and helpful. Alan was prompt and responded quickly to any inquires we had. Also the unit is very spacious!! We can’t wait to return.

When I first saw this listing I was honestly worried that it was a scam because it seemed too good to be true. It is all that is advertised and more!! Alan was a fantastic host, clear and prompt communications. The resort is amazing — perfect for little kids! We loved the pools! Close to all the adventures. Book this before it’s gone!

Rented a condo from Alan and was extremely happy with cleanliness and location of both the condo and resort. Parking was right outside the front door which was convenient with small grandchildren. The family pool and lazy river was a short 5 minute walk. Sitting in the pool under the waterfall was extremely relaxing. This was my first time in Naples, but I will definitely return. I enjoyed my stay at the resort and look forward to renting from Alan again.

The unit was conveniently located with easy 1st floor access to the pool and Naples Bay Club. Updated and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. Check-in was seamless and host was very informative and responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our time away. The cottage was close to the clubhouse and pool. It’s perfectly located with access to shopping, boating, beach, restaurants and marina all within 1-7 miles. We enjoyed renting a boat and seeing little Marco Island. Alan was easy to communicate with and prompt with responses to questions.

This is a wonderful property to stay at in Naples! It was beautiful inside and very clean. Alan was wonderful to work with and always got right back with us and very informative! The amenities were way above what we expected! The staff was so friendly and helpful for all our needs! Great location and Great stay! We will return in the future for sure!!
