We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

We had such a wonderful stay. The views were so amazing especially the sunsets and the glistening white sand in the morning sunlight. You just leave your building and the beach is right outside. The friendly staff is there to deliver your beach chairs immediately.The condo is equipped with everything you need and was very clean and well decorated!!!We will be back!!!
