Easy check-in, easy communication with Bob, clean and organized condo, small and cozy with a breathtaking view of the beach/ocean. Parking area is a bit cramped. If you have a large vehicle, make sure you practice your parking skills. Thanks, Bob.

We couldn't stop enjoying the view. The condos themselves were not the prettiest from the outside, but it doesn't matter once you are inside the unit because all you will notice is that view. The condo is in a great location, well-appointed, comfortable, and quiet. Thank you!

We loved this condo! Location and property were great. Everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely go back. Perfect for 1-2 people, but we were plenty comfortable with our kids on the pullout sofa.

The condo was exactly what we needed! Great view and large balcony right on the ocean!! Fast check in and checkout process. We didn't use the pool, but the hot tub was very nice!! Within walking distance to a local marketplace for essentials and a few bars to enjoy a drink and/or food! Would easily stay here again!!

The condo was cute with an amazing view and balcony. The pictures did not show how roomy it was. It was a great weekend in SPI. It also had a nice parking garage with plenty of parking.

My wife and I spent 5 days here for our 33rd anniversary and loved the place and it’s location! The condo was clean and surprisingly bigger than expected-with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. We spent most of our time switching between hanging on the balcony and sitting on the beach-which was just what we wanted. The beach & water was clean too. The only criticism would be that our first night at the Inverness 704 included a big bunch of partiers directly above us (804) yelling & screaming and blasting their music-making it sound like the music was actually on our balcony-we eventually had to go inside 😑. But, after going inside-it was still pretty loud…AND went on until 2:00am! During our stay, one elevator was not working at all and the other was also down for a period of time-so that was not good for a 7th floor unit! Overall, we loved it and Bob thought of everything in the place and gave great restaurant suggestions too! It would be a 5/5 if not for the first night and elevator issue (still a 4.7/5). Good price, great condo!!!

Everything was as described, the check in process was easy, close proximity to anything you’d need for a perfect vacation. The view of the ocean from the balcony was stunning. Thank you Bob! Highly recommend.

Great location and roomy 0n2 bedroom unit with large balcony overlooking the beach. Hot tub in pool did not work and other hot tub was closed for repairs. (We were aware that the one hot tub would be closed.) Easy walk to beach and to Wanna Wanna. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the unit - would certainly consider staying again for out next trip to South Parde Island.

When you walk into this beautiful condo the first view of the ocean is when the excitement hits! It’s an awesome view from the 7th floor! The condo was clean and decorated in beach decor. Nice! As a suggestion, a more comfortable couch and nicer chair would be the ultimate upgrade to make this condo PERFECT! The Inverness facility did have some issues with their only working elevator. Ugh! Overall though, we had a great time and made a few friends!! We toured the island on the Wave and being free was a plus. We would take the Wave all around the island, making several stops along the way. Great way to tour and see all the beauty that South Padre has to offer. It’s a beautiful place, on a beautiful island, with some beautiful people. We loved it! Thanks so much, Bob!

This was our first visit to SPI, and we couldn't be more pleased! What is important to us is a view of the ocean, and this property has the best! It's located right on the sand so walks on the beach couldn't be more convenient. The condo has a comfortable bed, everything you need in the kitchen, and an awesome balcony to enjoy the view. We are already making plans for another trip.

The location of this condo is amazing, right on the gulf coast. The condo was cozy and clean. The living room furniture is old and could be updated. My only complaint is the elevators were not working so we had to go up and down 7 flights of stairs which was not good on my husband's knee.

The view from the unit can't be beat. It's super close to the water. The building is rather old but it looks like they're working on making improvements to the exterior, elevators and garage gate. Overall, if you're looking for a reasonably priced condo with a great view this is a great choice.
