Modern, attractive, clean - awesome art work througout. Common area loft was outstanding. Bed was comfortable, workout room was everything you could want, the locker room was very clean. We loved it!

The big windows, and the AC unit were super nice to have. The view was amazing from the room and the blackout curtains came in clutch when you're ready to shut out the world for the night. The underground parking was very convenient. The staff are awesome, and were all very friendly. Coffee maker, mini fridge, fun funky art everywhere from the guy who made The Simpsons!
The location was perfect, and amazing food is on every corner, and the Cheerful Tortoise is a walkable, all ages bar/pub until 9pm. Starbucks in the building was great

Every interaction with staff was great. We checked in very late and the front desk clerk was very nice and made us feel welcome after a long late flight. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The room came with a fridge and coffee maker. There was a long table against a wall to be able to sit and eat at. There is a closet to hang clothes. The bathroom was clean. Room service was used one night and was good. The TV was able to link to my phone apps to watch from my streaming services. We were able to walk many places in Portland for dining and entertainment. We took a combination of bus and tram to get to the zoo. We did have a rental car and used the garage for a fee so we could drive to other places in Oregon. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I also found Portland to be easy to navigate.
There is no dresser so we ended up leaving a lot in our suitcases. There was also no microwave which would have been nice to grab a meal from the Safeway and heat it up. I would have like the shower to completely close. Instead there is a partial glass wall. As a woman who needs to shave her legs, having cold air coming in isn't great. We didn't get to experience the restaurant because it was under renovation.
