About this house rental

Situated in Osoyoos, this attractive house for $314 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This is a huge open plan, luxury townhouse with fabulous views of the lake from your livingroom area and spacious patio, enjoying a warm Southern exposure with your morning coffee, starter pack provided. All bedrooms are on the second level. The master has a king bed and is a true retreat with a large ensuite with double sinks and personal lakefront balcony. The second spacious bedroom has two double beds and views of the pool. The third bedroom has single bed over double bunk beds. The main bath has a walk in shower. A full laundry facility with washer and dryer for your convenience. All bed linens and towels, hand soap are provided. Our Fully equipped kitchen on the ground level comes with granite counters and wine fridge, with south facing views over the spacious dining are for seating of up to 10 people. There is a powder room and lots of closet space upon entry to our open spacious 9" ceiling kitchen and living areas. Entry to our townhome is from your designated parking across the way or from the cool dry single attached garage, for warmth in winter. Wonderful townhouse with plenty of room to sleep 7-9 with private beach and patio to BBQ with lake views. Great for Family reunions or multiple family vacations. Osoyoos is Canada's warmest freshwater lake in a beautiful desert setting boasting championship golf courses, world-class wineries, and luscious fruits from local orchards. The spring and fall wine festivals are world class as is the nearby desert center at Spirit Ridge. Winter skiing and snowshoeing at nearby Mt Baldy (one of Osoyoos' best-kept secrets)! Great family resort.

The condo is beautiful and clean! There is easy access to a private beach on Lake Osooyoos. The location is close to grocery stores, shopping, a kid's amusement park, and many other amenities. The evenings are quiet and the beds are comfortable. Elaine was very responsive to our questions and easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely come again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was just outside the front door and the lake just outside the back door. Lots of space for multiple families. We most definitely will be looking to rent another time!

It is getting a bit old. Furniture and bathrooms were needing some upgrades. The leather chair was peeling off and when some one sat in it they would get black flecks stuck to them. It had nothing extra, maybe some water toys for our granddaughter would have been nice. It was very basic for sure. We were also given the wrong code for beach gate. C1369 C was wrong. It was C1369 Z. It was our 5th year in a row here. Prices have gone up 50% from first year.

Elaine was the best to deal with leading our to our stay. She was quick to respond to all our questions about location, food and things to do near by. The property was perfect for our girls trip, it had a significant amount of space to hang out. It had everything we needed and it was in the best location! We can’t wait to visit again!

Everything was great. Amazing location, well stocked, lots of space for a group of people. Loved the view and beach! The hot tub wasn’t working during our visit.

Lovely stay. Some of the bedroom furniture needs repaired. Comfortable beds. Kitchen , dining room , living room are great. If in Osooyos again would stay there again.

The property was perfect for our family getaway to Osoyoos and it was extra special as we were able to bring our dog. The unit has everything you need, lots of space and the location looking out at the lake was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is our second time staying here. We really enjoyed the proximity to everything, including the lake, the outdoor space by our unit and the kids absolutely loved the outdoor pool on the property.

This is our fourth time staying at Casa Del Mila Oro in the past 6 years but first time staying in this unit. We noticed the new carpet which was really nice and the couch was comfy and newer. Only issue we had was with noisy neighbours who we reported to the Property Manager. This was the first time we have ever experienced that issue. They take the complaints seriously and are on call at all hours if needed. We appreciated their response.

We had an excellent stay! The condo was clean and bigger than what the photos had lead us to believe. Our host's directions to check in were clear and easy to execute. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a weekend on the water.

We had a lovely weekend with family to celebrate an anniversary. Loved that we could bring our family dog. Location was excellent, on beach, lake view and within walking distance to downtown. Easy check in and out. Home was clean, quiet and comfortable. The 2 main bedrooms are very comfortable, nice bedding, lighting etc. The third bedroom with bunk bed is perhaps only suitable for children…very small, no window or air flow. Pool and hot tub were closed for season. We would have appreciated some way to play music (Bluetooth speaker) and more chairs around dinner table ( seats 6). Overall a comfortable place to stay with larger group and family pet.

The townhouse was clean and large, and came with all the necessities such as towels and linens. The unit is on the ground floor and has a patio, and if you walk across the grass and across the street you will come to a very nice dock. We brought our skiboatd and moored them at the dock for only $25/day. The whole family loved it.
