Nestled in Mammoth Lakes, this attractive house for $893 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. LOCATION! We have the LARGEST 3 bed/4 bath town homes AVAILABLE IN MAMMOTH. This spacious & luxurious 2500 SQ FT town home sleeps up to 8 people & is walking to Canyon Lodge (5 chair lifts, rentals, restaurants, bars & Village Gondola). Our home has very high speed WiFi. In the enclosed under ground garage with 7 ft high ceiling, there are two parking spots available, & 2 electric vehicle chargers and a storage closet for gears. It is beautifully designed & fully furnished with the finest decor, furniture and bedding. We have in-unit Laundry machines and a split forced air conditioning & heating system. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, with additional items such as a Keurig and Crock-pot. With two separate living rooms, kids and adults have their own privacy. The private game area includes an 8 ft carved wood Pool Table with a Ping Pong table option on top. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private bathroom. You ll have access to high speed internet, Large Smart Flat Screen TVs, a Blue-Ray DVD player and a large collection of DVD s for all ages. There is also a Video Game Arcade machine loaded with over 300 games.We also have security cameras in the garage and all entry points for your safety. For Summer Activities, we are located in close proximity to numerous fishing spots, bike trails, hiking trails and a golf course. For our summer guests, please note we do have A/C as most Mammoth rentals do not. Penalty Applies if Following Rules Violated: - No Pets - Maximum number of occupants is 8 - Absolutely NO smoking. This place has it all! The location was fantastic, so close to Canyon Lodge, literally just up the hill. This is the most generously stocked property we've ever stayed at. It had everything you could think of and more. This included a pool table, a full size pong pong table top for the pool table, an arcade game loaded with tons of old school classics, extremely comfortable beds and seating/dining areas to accomodate lots of guests. Also, theres a huge open space area behind the unit that had the most amazing sledding area and was perfect for first time skiers/snowboarders to try the sport before committing to the mountain. (Perfect for the young kids in our group) Also, Shala was an excellent host, which made our experience even more memorable. We will definitely be coming back again!!

We had a fantastic stay at the rental. Easy check in. 2 parking spots in the garage were helpful. Super clean place with lots of kitchenware, plates, cups, utensils! Lots of fun board games for the kids, also a Nintendo switch which everyone including the adults enjoyed. Owners were always available when we had a question. Super friendly! Enough space for all of us.
The only downside is that it is not a 4 min walk to Canyon Lodge. It might be a good 6 min walk up the hill to the end of the Canyon lodge parking, but you would still have to walk down the street of parking and around the corner down to the lodge. Originally, it would of been nice to be so close to canyon and walk, but we ended up driving up since we had kids.

We stayed here with another family for a long ski weekend and the condo was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved hanging downstairs with the pool table, video games, tv and tons of board games. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most meals during our stay. 4 bathrooms was a plus! And proximity to canyon lodge was great.

Spent 5 days here with a group of friends and it could not have gone any better. House was great plenty of room l, well stocked kitchen, downstairs pool/ping pong table was hit. Location to canyon was excellent. Had few friends staying at other properties who visited for meals and the large dining room table was perfect. Host Shala called upon check-in to make sure all was good. Hope to be back. 2 thumbs up!’

This place is the absolute best and Shahla was so quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was so clean and fully stocked, it literally has everything you need and more. Super close to the slopes and snow play areas. Will definitely stay here again!!! Best family trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is roomy, with lots of amenities . Each bedroom has a private bathroom, there are two living rooms, pool/ping pong table, fireplace. Garage. It is a steep walk to Canyon Lodge, but we managed even in a record snow event. The kitchen has everything you could need and more.

This is an amazing condo!!! The kids loved the pool table and the games and the adults loved the separate space to be in. The only issue we had was driving up the hill on Davison. We lost our chains and that little hill we had a hard time getting up. Otherwise we will definitely rent again!

This condo has everything you need. Incredibly well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, multiple TVs, and our favorite feature - a pool table.
We all really enjoyed our stay here.
One note, the walk to Canyon lodge is straight up hill, but we considered this a minor inconvenience for getting to stay at this fun, cozy condo.

Just had our first family ski holiday and stayed in this beautiful family friendly cabin. The kitchen was amazingly equipped with everything you could need. I loved the automatic filtered hot water tap for instant cups of tea. Plenty of blankets for each room. Super clean, soft sheets, comfortable beds, plenty of pillow options. Loved the electric fireplace making the space even more cozy. This cabin had plenty of DVDs and board games for the kiddos. Undercover parking was super convenient specially in the winter. Walking distance to canyon lodge and the village gondola was essential, though it’s a bit of a steep walk.
This home feels very cabin/Lux! Feels very Grand. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

Great Trip!
Many times you wonder if the property lives up to the pictures, etc. While this is one of the more expensive rentals it is truly fantastic. Pictures do not do it justice. Clean, well maintained, well furnished and outfitted. Host responsive and kind. Would stay here every time I was in the area , no matter the season.

Spacious & Cozy Mammoth Condo
The condo is close distance to Canyon Lodge, so if you want to wake up early and park in the parking lot it is super convenient. Also, it is short distance to the Village as well. The condo is very nice & clean, has a laundry washer and dryer and the beds are very comfortable. The master bathroom is very spacious. We had neighbors in unit 1 and 2 and did not even hear or see them until we checked out. If you want a cozy and spacious place to stay then you will like this condo.

Enjoyed this comfortable, very well equipped condo! Felt safe and secure. Had everything we could need, along with great tv’s to watch the Olympics. We will be returning to make more great memories!

Perfect House
What a great house and great location! We were very comfortable and had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed. My favorite was the pool/ping pong table. We had so much fun when we weren't on the slopes.
Shala was a great host and was able to let us have an early check in. Very nice and accommodating. Her response time to my questions was very prompt.
I will definitely be booking here on our next Mammoth trip.

This place was great. We had 4 adults and one teenager, but it definitely could have accommodated more. Everything you need is there and the place is comfortable, just like home. I would say the walk is a little more then 4 minutes in gear and if you are over 30 but well worth it!

We had a great stay. Check in was super easy and the prp mgr was proactive about reaching out. The place is really great, enough room for two families with kids, super clean, and nicely furnished. It also backs into a few small hills that are great for the kiddos to play in the snow. I would definitely return to this property. Thanks all!
