This all season location will allow you to enjoy Golf (Sierra Star Golf Course walking distance), Ski/Snowboard (close to Eagle and Canyon lodge with Shuttle around the corner), the village (a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants and more) trees, beautiful views and quietness to help you relax and appreciate the fresh mountain air. Located in the beautiful Timbers area, this Craftsman style home boasts over 3000 SQFT, designed to help you and your guests make the most of your vacation while enjoying a refined environment. Upon entry in the foyer you can already appreciate the large living (gathering) room complete with gas fireplace , entertainment, wrap around reclining sofas and carefully selected art work. Come relax and curl up surrounded by comfortable pillows and throws. Host your guests around a warm fire or enjoy movie night in ultra comfort. Let you eyes travel up to the 2 story high ceiling, craftsman style lighting and wood paneling accent. A half bath is located on the entrance level for you and your guests' convenience. The open concept allows you to enjoy the Chef's kitchen and dining area which opens up to a large patio offering a capacious dine in fire pit table and gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave) as well as cooking utensils, serve ware, ...etc (all the comfort of home at your fingertips) The inside dining area includes a 10-person dining table with comfortable chairs ....check out the guest of honor (hint...does live in the woods....who wants to take a selfie?). Want to enjoy coffee while setting up your day's activities...use the expansive Kitchen island and enjoy views of the Mountains and Trees. Upstairs you will find one of two primary bedrooms, with king bed, seating retreat (perfect for breakfast in "bed"), large closet area, spa like bathroom including double shower and separate bath for you to unwind after a long day of hiking, skiing/boarding, bicycling, etc... Also located upstairs, your guests can repose in the loft with 2 queen beds and entertainment system. Mid level is the garage access (2 car garage and 2 more can be parked in front for a total of 4 parking spaces) and the laundry room complete with washer and dryer and Dyson cordless vacuum for your ease of use. Downstairs you and your guests can enjoy the second primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite full bathroom with bathtub. An open playroom offers a full size ping pong table, TV, and access to the second patio, with a large Jacuzzi. Come relax while enjoying the views (plastic tumblers are offered in the kitchen to help you enjoy your favorite beverage while soaking and recharging in the spa) A queen size bedroom, a Bunk Bed bedroom (Twin over Full size) and a full size bathroom with shower also occupy the lower level. Please note smart TVs are located in all rooms with full access to wifi for your use. This property is not handicap accessible and like most homes on the mountains- it is not equipped with air conditioning. The jacuzzi is serviced twice a week and access will need to be granted. We had a lovely time at Anne’s property! Great location and close to all lodges. Very clean and lots of space.

The location is great, house size and accommodations for a large party were perfect. Couple minor plumbing issues, main area sync cold water line was a steady stream leak and the downstairs toilet flapper chain kept getting unhooked.
Probably the biggest issue we had with the place was cleanliness. Linens were not fresh and were not replaced between stays. Cough drop wrappers, ibuprofen mixed in between sheets. Prior tenant hair on the sheets. I had let the homeowner know about these things so this shouldn't be a surprise.
Hot tub was the star. It was heated to 103 and the water was clean. It was easy to get into and out of. Lastly, this place has a lot of beds and is setup for large groups. Some minor issues to deal with in terms of cleanliness and plumbing but overall we had a blast. Had to give a 3 due to the fact that the women in our group had a hard time with the linen cleanliness.

This cabin was absolutely perfect! In the heart of mammoth with easy access to eagle and a quick drive to mammoth brewing. We had every bed full with family and friends for our elopement. Even at max capacity the cabin never felt crowded. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. Morning hot tub sessions were the cherry on top. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Residence has a great 3 story layout. Main floor is kitchen/dinning and family room. Bedrooms are on the upper and lower floors which is great for multi families. Ping pong table and spa are well maintained. Location is great for walking trails nearby and an easy walk to the lower lodge or quick drive to the main lodge. Quiet location.

We came to Mammoth for a family wedding at Convict Lake. Our party of six adults and two young children enjoyed the spacious accommodations. It was a quiet location and only about 1 mile from Mammoth village.

The property was perfect for my party and the location is central to everything in Mammoth. Anne is a great host and responded quickly to any inquiry I had. We all had a great time and are sad that our trip is over.

This property is fantastic! In a great location and has all the amenities you will need. The layout of the condo was perfect for our group of eleven. Anne, the host, was a wonderful person to work with. She answered all my emails and texts in a timely manner and even had a welcome basket waiting for us! We loved our 4 night stay in this house. Great location to everywhere! Ping pong table and jacuzzi was a hit! Loved that the dinning table was big enough to seat all 9 of us! We cant wait to book this house again next year!

If you know this neighborhood, you know these townhomes are top notch. This property had all the amenities one would expect and we loved how many beds there were and how big the couch was. It is really setup to hold a large group, we loved how big the couch was! Some comparable units have such limited seating... We will be staying here again.

This home is located 2 minute walk from the shuttle that takes you to eagle lodge, which was very convenient. Roomy enough for 3 families. Would recommend.

The home was perfect. We had 2 families. 9 people in all. We had lots of room. It was .9 miles from the village. We could have walked if we wanted. It had everything we needed. We picked the right house. We can't wait to stay there again.

Everything about our stay was wonderful, the bus stop is just a short walk down the driveway . The only reason we are giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due the beds being a little hard. The communication with the property owner is top notch!

Property was great. Prop manager was nice, even left welcome package, much appreciated! Clean upon arrival, big enough for 3 families. Kids had a great time in the game area. Only thing was beds are firm, very very firm…. After long day snowboarding a nice comfy bed would have been ideal… but overall, it was a pleasant place.

We had a great time staying here. The house was adequately stocked with nice towels, linens, dish and cooking wares. Plenty of room for 8 people with extra beds to spare. Ping pong table and hot tub made our stay extra special! House was 2 or 3 bus stops from Eagle Lodge which made commute to the slopes effortless!
Only complaint was the fireplace was not working consistently and that diminished our home in the mountains experience. Though the owner and management company were very engaged when needed and came to fix the fireplace anytime we made a requests.
We would definitely book this home again!

This home is just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. My husband and I got married the weekend we stayed there. My bridesmaids came over and got ready with me. Our family enjoyed the home with it's inclusive amenities but loved that they could take walks around the neighborhood and nearby golf course and run into wildlife! Tram Shuttle nearby too-- so convenient!

Great Property!
Property was in great condition, and in a great location. Everything in the Town of Mammoth Lakes is within a few minutes, so the whole town is within your fingertips at this location. Property was spacious, with lots of communal areas. Kitchen and appliances were great; used the outdoor BBQ, which was also clean and in good condition. We had a total of 5 adults staying with us and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space, and for all of us to gather. Will be back!!

Wonderful home and host
Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!!!. From the moment we booked, Anne was great at communicating with us, making sure we were informed of checking-in procedures and even personally texting us regarding weather and useful information. We were welcomed with a wine and snack basket 😍. We have stayed in many Rental homes and this was the first time the owner took the time and energy to welcome us this way. We loved it!!
The house is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. From the moment you walk in you can feel the attention to detail and ownership pride.

Wonderful place, amazing location!
This property is beautiful and well appointed! Our family needed a getaway and we could not have chosen a better location and property! The location was perfect, so close to town. We felt at home, with nice touches and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, very well stocked and such a delight as we love to cook. We enjoyed having our coffee in the morning on the balcony. The beds were super comfy and cozy linens & towels. There is also a new washer & dryer if needed to run a load.
There was nothing not to love about our stay. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would very much like to book this place again in the future. Our host was quick and easy to communicate with any questions we had, Anne was lovely!

Everything we could have asked for and more!
First off, this place is stunning. Beautiful home with literally every amenity we could have asked for. We were so close to everything we needed (groceries, restaurants, center village, ski slopes-- if only we had come in the winter to use those but at least we still got to enjoy seeing the last of the snow covered mountains!) and the house still felt like it was nestled in the trees. So quiet and relaxing. We definitely took advantage of the hot tub and the outdoor BBQ patio upstairs. Every bedroom was plush and the owners made sure we had everything we could want from games to extra blankets and ALL the kitchen utensils. Can't wait to come back in winter!
