Lovely house, beds were comfy, hot water good, dishwasher great, showers ok, access reasonable, mountain goats, near shops, great for a Pacific family, close to our activities, personal balconies, awesome views, room heaters that worked, easy to find
Rooms could not lock, shower could not lock, no tea towels, washer/dryer no user instructions, no recycling done on site, only 2 garbage bags, no cleaning tools, only 6 TP for the 4 days

Bed was comfortable.
Multiple bedding was stained.
Property is located on a creek. Not great parking/driveway and poor lighting for night time. 25+ steps from shared driveway to front door of house.
Consider the fact you’ll have to carry all suitcases upstairs to bedrooms.
Very small kitchen, also no hand soap.
No washing powder/detergent in laundry.
The listing feature stated washing machine and tumble dryer. Combined washer/dryer that didn’t dry clothes properly.
The only place we’ve stayed that has implemented a cot hire fee. Multiple attempts made in writing to confirm a cot has been added to the booking with no response and upon calling told the area had flooded so they hadn’t been responded. Poor communication.
No shampoo, no conditioner, no pump body wash. Only a
block of body wash at sink.
