Located in Steamboat Springs, this attractive house for $905 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. THIS HOME IS RECEIVING A FULL REMODEL DURING THE SUMMER/FALL OF 2024. ADDITIONALLY, THE POOL & POOL DECK ARE BEING RENOVATED DURING THIS TIME AND WILL REOPEN IN SUMMER 2025. PHOTOS WILL BE UPDATED UPON COMPLETION. PLEASE REACH OUT TO OUR VACATION PLANNERS FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Pet-friendly, walking distance from the resort, and a private indoor hot tub are only a few of the enticing amenities at Waterford 23. An exquisite three level townhome, this 2,100 square foot gem offers lots to enjoy all while being a stone's throw from Steamboat Resort, dining, and other area activities. Complete with three suites, a private washer and dryer, and various dining spaces Waterford 23 was designed with large families in mind. Cozy up by the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes or sweat it out in the private sauna. Walk out on the private wrap around balcony for an evening sunset. The main level contains most of the action where you're greeted by the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking space. Around the corner you'll find the oversized dining area with direct access to the wrap around balcony that connects with the living area. In the lounge discover abundant seating near the gas fireplace and flat screen TV for morning and evening hangouts. Step out on your private balcony from the living area and you'll see the convenient hiking trail easily accessed from the back yard. Also on the main level is a half bathroom and private washer and dryer. The upper level is home to all three suites each with an attached ensuite bathroom. The Primary Suite hosts a King bed and lavish ensuite bath with dual sinks. The second suite hosts a King bed as well. The bunk suite also has an attached ensuite bathroom will sleep up to six with the custom twin over Queen bunk in addition to another Queen and twin single. Waterford 23's countless amenities plus convenient access to the resort, dining, and other area activities make it an ideal home base for this years visit to Steamboat Springs! Sleeping arrangements: Primary King Suite on upper level, King in the second suite, Twin/Queen bunk bed + Twin Single & Queen in third suite. Sleeps up to 10 guests. Local Deals: Save on Steamboat Resort lift tickets, gear rentals, and more when booking with us. Please Note: - The owners of this property bring their dog to this home. If you have allergies, please contact our Vacation Planners for details. - Pool is closed 2023-2024 for maintenance. - This property has air conditioning in each of the bedrooms - fans are also available in the property. - The garage can only hold cars up to 7 ft. tall and 16 ft. long. Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one small/medium adult dog (under 50 lbs). Puppies are not allowed. There is a required $25 nightly fee for one dog which will be added to your reservation at time of checkout. *If a dog is to be left unattended at this home, there are crates provided in the garage and the dog must be kenneled in the lower level (mudroom). We ask that you do not kennel them in the garage due to noise sensitivity of the neighbors. We also ask that you do not let your dog on furniture of any kind in the home. Thank you for adhering to these requests! Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage & two in the driveway. No trailer parking permitted. We had a great time staying at the Waterford Townhomes. There was a nice deck for morning coffee, a fully stocked kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the sheets! It was a very relaxing place to stay!

Condo was perfect. Great location, clean, and comfortable. Hot tub was a must for me and the guys after a long day of skiing. And the beds! Let me tell you about the beds, probably the most comfortable mattress ever. My closest 6 friends and I found ourselves fast asleep easily, dreaming of figure 8 turns at The Boat. Hot soaks and cozy nights for the win!

The private hot tub and sauna after a day on the slope is perfect.

Wonderful condo for skiing in Steamboat! The development is a bit older, but the unit has been updated with all the necessities. The place is very comfortable and well appointed. When we arrived, the unit was spotless which is very important to us. We loved having the shuttle to take us to/from the lifts as well as into town when needed. It was extremely convenient and easy to use. The property management is wonderful and very responsive. Having the hot tub at the condo was really nice as well at the end of the day of skiing. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

The condo was in an excellent location within walking distance of resort or a quick shuttle ride away. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pots and pans/utensils etc. The host was very responsive to any inquiries, prior to arrival and while there. Check-in/check-out was a breeze, no key needed, codes sent to you in advance. Check-out instructions were brief which is always appreciated. Appreciated having two tables for eating and/or games/puzzles.

Our family had a lovely stay and hit the fall colors just right. The townhome is well stocked and has all the basics one needs. Beds are comfortable and cozy. We loved the fireplace. I would only advocate for better/bigger bath towels.

This was a great stay for our family and dog. The townhouse has everything needed for a comfortable stay with a fully stocked kitchen and a grill on the deck to enjoy the beautiful Fall weather. The management company was responsive and easy to work with during our time. We would seek out a stay here again when visiting Steamboat Springs. Highly recommended for families and pet friendly.

We stayed in Waterford 23 for three nights in September 2022. We chose it because we have a puppy and it was one of the few places that accepted dogs. The people at Steamboat lodging were easy to work with and very organized. Everything unfolded the way that they said it was. The property was super clean and well positioned and I would highly recommend it.

We were looking for a pet friendly townhome close to the gondola and Waterford 23 fit the bill. Not close enough for us to walk in your ski boots daily (though some tougher than us are probably fine!), but there are ski and boot check places at the base of the mountain so you can just leave your stuff there and easily walk to/from. Townhome was well stocked, very clean and comfortable. Property managers were always easily reachable and helpful. The bus lines are not far away so it is possible to not have a car in Steamboat, but a car just makes getting downtown that much easier.

Great Property
We had a great stay in Steamboat! The property was perfect for our family. We spent our days hiking, cycling and paddle boarding at Stagecoach Res., we saw a mother moose and baby just a short walk from the property. Our evenings were spent enjoying being together in a large and very comfortable home (also watching bear walk by from the deck!) Thank you for sharing your home. We visit Steamboat often and found this to be one of our favorite locations.

Awesome and super-room space for my wife and I while we did some R&R in Steamboat. Next time - post Covid we will be renting this place again with a larger group. HotTub and Sauna was perfect. Well appointed kitchen and lots of room. Exactly what we wanted.

Good get away
We like the property. It had a great feel and was really close to the pool. The only issue that we had is that the unit was listed as a no pets unit but when we got there it had dog hair on the whole main level. We talked to management and they did give us a discount but I would have preferred no hair.

Wonderful condo for summer in Steamboat!
Our family of 7 (kids ages 6-15) had a great time at this property. There was ample space and having 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom was so convenient. We loved having the private hot tub and also enjoyed the pool. The location was fantastic & made it easy to enjoy the wonderful city! The communication was excellent and everything was clean! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
