The property boasts three sun-drenched decks, the top floor deck leads straight off the living room, a great extension to the space allowing open-air dining and cooking on the grill. This multi-level home offers a classic cowboy charm, cool western décor and artwork are showcased through the property. The kitchen was remodeled in summer 2015, as well as new vanities in each bathroom with beautiful granite countertops. For those traveling with younger children, this vacation rental is outfitted with a high chair and a pack 'n play. The house was very nice, with all the amenities we could have asked for. The beds were wonderful, and as a group of 8, everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We loved the responsiveness of the VIP shuttle, way superior to renting a car. The only downside was that, in this price range, a few of basic amenities could have used a little attention (gas range knobs were falling off, no cellophane, zip lock bags, foil, or tupperware provided for leftovers in the kitchen). All things considered, we would absolutely stay there on our next trip. Loved the house.

The Villa West town home was located with an incredible view of the Steamboat runs. It was large enough to accommodate our group of 9 family and friends. It came equipped with firewood, a hot tub, sauna, robes, and all the necessary dishes, spices, and towels. The sofa in the living room was a bit uncomfortable. The master bed was too soft. The silver toilet paper holder in the master bath kept falling off. The bedroom with the bunk beds didn't have its own bathroom. It was tough trying to regulate the temperature for each room. Aside from these inconveniences, this property was large enough and conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.

Property was just as advertised. Family enjoyed the hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and lots of space to spread out indoors. Any issues were quickly remedied by the staff. Would stay here again. Steam Boat Springs had lots to do for the family.

The house is beautiful with plenty of space. There was a small hill right next to the property that we had fun sledding on. The private shuttle was a huge perk, taking us to/from the mountain each day, as well as into Steamboat for dinner. There were two issues we experienced during our stay. We had a really difficult time checking in. The front desk said they would text me when our room was available. It wasn’t until I called at 5:45pm that we gained access to the house even though check-in was supposed to begin at 4. The agent said she texted, but it was sent to the wrong number, even though my cell phone number was on file. After we were able to check in, we found the house had not been fully cleaned. There were towels and paper plates left out near the hot tub by the previous renters, and the bathroom on the main floor was not cleaned. Despite these issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider renting here again.

From the moment we entered the property, we knew that this was going to be a great place to stay. The decor, multiple rooms, private hot tub, and a number of shared decks made this property one great for both socializing with the party but also taking some time to ourselves when needed. Would absolutely rent this property again!

Very disappointed that the hot tub hadn't been checked to be in good working order before we arrived. It appeared to work (the jets came on, but sporadically and randomly) the first night but that was just luck. After that, it never worked; the water was too hot, the temperature couldn't be controlled and the jets wouldn't come on. A technician worked on it but was unable to fix it during our stay.

The property was great for my family and me. We had two families, and 3 kids all 5 and under. There was plenty of space for all of us and a great bedroom for the kids to hang out and play. It was easy accesss to the hiking trails, and to get into town. We would definitely love to come back.

Thank you for sharing your stunningly perfect home!!! We loved every minute of our stay. It was a total dream to be able to wake up and play tennis right away, eat, and come back to playing tennis. There are incredible views from every window and porch-deck. We biked to and from Fish Creek Falls as well as downtown Steamboat from your home. We have so many new beautiful memories from this long weekend. It was a total blessing!!!

First trip out to Steamboat and the Pioneer Ridge management was outstanding and so was our rental house at the Villawest! Management fixed any issues we had within a hour or two. Provide stellar shuttle services around town and to the slopes. I have never had this kind of treatment from any rental management before I would give them 10 out 10 instead of 5 stars! Also the view from the house is amazing! Check out the photos!

Great place. Super clean and accessible. Great view of the mountain. Sound system was a mess and never worked. Very disappointing. Also NO SNOW SHOVEL?! Really this is a ski mountain. Too much work removing snow with a broom and no garage parking. Very frustrating.

We brought a group of 10 adults for our annual ski trip, some from CO and the rest from all over the country. This was the best place we have stayed yet. The house is excellent and laid out in a nice way. Well furnished. The view is incredible. Owners were responsive when the hot tub needed a little attention. No complaints whatsoever, we would definitely stay here again.

Our family has been coming to Steamboat for 15 years, and this by far was our favorite place we have stayed! Home was so cozy and comfortable, and had everything you need to feel 'at home'! Close enough to both town and Gondolas/ski village, yet private enough to feel that you are 'on vacation' !! 11 out of 10 thumbs up!! Will stay again!

Great space for our visit to Steamboat with three families. There was plenty of room to be separate and plenty of room to be together. The property had everything we could need and more. If we come back to Steamboat we’ll look this property up first.
