The house will welcome you with its gleaming hardwood floors, warm decore, arched doorways and curved ceilings. Each bedroom is appointed with a luxurious queen sized, pillow top mattress, fine linens and cozy bedding. High quality furniture, antiques and many original works of art are around every corner. Sit at the desk where you can make plan your day, peruse the guest book or connect your device to WiFi. Large, flat screen TV in the living room with Comcast Cable and Steaming Services. Enter the house through your private courtyard shrouded in potted plants, climbing wisteria and Olive Trees. The back yard is a world all it's own with flagstone patio, hot tub, charcoal barbecue, and partially enclosed outdoor dining room and sitting area. We loved the location close to downtown Napa. It literally is right off Silverado trail. The house was perfect size for us. We definitely will come back in the warmer months so we can enjoy the outside seating and BBQ. The hot tub was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked. The owner also provides a binder with wineries and restaurant suggestions.

Loved this vacation rental. Walking distance to Oxbow Market and all the great restaurants and shops in downtown Napa. Kitchen was well stocked. We cooked in every night (we had a professional chef with us) and we had everything we needed to make great meals.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. We were able to walk to the market and the wine train from the house. Nice neighborhood and enjoyed seeing all the Halloween decorations. Most definitely would stay again.

This is a beautiful property. Plenty of room for three couples. And a wonderful outdoor space in back. Cute family neighborhood, and a short walk to Oxbow Public Market. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a perfect location. Loved the outdoor area. The only complaint was our bed is in need of a better mattress. We stayed in first bedroom on the right. Loved our trip!

We were happy to have 3 same sized bedrooms for all of us individuals. The house is conveniently located to Napa Valley College and Oxbow Market. The only thing we didn't realize ahead of time is there is one bathroom ( a small one) near the 3 bedrooms but the other, larger one, is located off the kitchen. The hot tub and patio were wonderful. It was easy to park too.

We enjoyed our stay in lovely Napa. We enjoyed walking to the coffee hut just about 6 minutes away. The neighborhood a nd house is in good repair. The hot tub was enjoyed by all after a long day of hot air balooning and wine tasting.

Four of us traveled to Napa for a few days and stayed at Alta Heights. Even with cool & drizzly weather, the house is a walkable distance from downtown Napa. The place was clean & comfy and both check in and check out were super easy. For anyone flying in, the location is about 1 hr 15 min (without traffic) from SFO. We enjoyed the hot tub and really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen.

Superior location to Downtown Napa and Silverado Trail. Place was cleanish….Needs a deep cleaning. If your looking for home to cook in an evening or 2 this is not the the best. Kitchen is not updated at all. Grill outside is in disrepair. Wouldn’t stay at the house again.

Fantastic house with all of the amenities. Clean. Comfortable beds. Perfect location within walking distance to downtown Napa. 20-30 minute drive to the heart of wine country. Close to supermarket / target if needed. Backyard perfectly set up for dining Al fresco. Hot tub in the backyard was a plus for the kids. Less than mile from a great running path. Highly recommend.

This property is accessible to the Napa wine trail and so much more in the Napa Valley. Homey easy and more. If you want the feel of safety, home and more this is the place. Oh and the hummingbirds are amazing and the chicken next door will sing a morning song to you.
