In the heart of Sonoma`s bustling and busy Agua Caliente neighborhood (the foodie corridor), with easy access to wineries, restaurants, hiking, and just a ten minute drive to Sonoma Plaza. This well-maintained ranch home (and historic landmark) has been updated with modern comforts, including a brand new kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. Everything was exceptionally clean. There were many thoughtful details throughout the home as well (e.g. phone chargers, shampoo, kitchen essentials such as olive oil, etc.). The communication with our hosts was great. Our absolutely favorite part was the backyard. The backyard is gorgeous and lots of birds visited. We spent a lot of time sitting outside in the shade with our dog. One fun activity we discovered is the Fairmont hotel & spa which is just down the street. They offer a "happy hour" pass to use the spa facilities from 3-7pm. We did that one afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed it.Highly recommend this area and this great home.

Cute house that worked great for parking with a big driveway…the street is a little busy…but the house feels cozy & noise didn’t bother us. Good location to explore the area from!
