Hakuna Matata Chateaux is a private log cabin located on a heavily wooded lot in a secluded subdivision in Wears Valley just 2 miles from all the action in Pigeon Forge, TN. Tastefully decorated 2BR / 2 BA cabin with wrap around porch on 3 sides. Cabin features a large hot tub on back deck, an indoor Jacuzzi, flat screen TV's in living room and both bedrooms with cable, free Wi-Fi, phone, gas log fireplace, gas grill, several rocking chairs and a pick-nik table on deck for enjoying quiet time with family and friends. Just minutes from Dollywood amusement park, Splash Country water park, Ober Gatlinburg Ski resort, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and numerous other local attractions. Outlet malls, river rafting, fishing, hunting and hiking opportunities abound nearby. Countless restaurants just a short drive away or cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen as the grocery store is just 5 minutes away. This cabin has something for everyone in the family.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. The deck was very nice - quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed spending time relaxing in the hot tub. Having the main bedroom and the pool table on the main floor was perfect for our handicapped family member. The driveway was steep but manageable. But the best part was the communication and helpfulness of the owner, Richard. We forgot something valuable in the cabin , called him and he immediately found it. He returned it to us priority mail in just a few days. We would recommend this cabin, but especially this owner, to anyone. Thanks Richard.

Hey so this cabin and our stay there was amazing. Everything is really clean and thoughtfully supplied, from the towel hooks near the hot tub to all the little labels on the light switches (there are actually a lot of switches and this is really helpful). The one floor livonf was perfect for us. And the bed was amazingly comfy. Yes the driveway is steep. But its the mountains and not any steeper than any of the roads going near the Great Smokies. And you can park at the top of it easily. And in exchange for a steep driveway you get to sit on the rocking chairs on the porch and feel like you are part of the woods. This was a short drive to all things Pigeon Forge and Gaintlinburg but it felt like you were in your own wooded escape. The partially enclosed porch was also great. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay.

The cabin was a perfect place for my family and our fur babies to enjoy our week away. We celebrated our daughters birthday and our anniversery and this was my furbabies first time to the mountains. The cabin had evrrything we needed and the dogs loved the wrap around porch and being able to look into the woods. The owner was super nice, and after we checked in he even called to make sure everything was good. Definitely would stay again!

From the moment we stepped on property we knew we picked the right place. It was a perfect place to rest after our days at the Ripken ball fields. Although tucked in the mountains it was so close to all that we wanted to see and do!

The cabin was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed the hot tub especially our son who spent the most time in it. Lol. We even saw a bear in the neighbors yard across the road. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The cabin was great for our family of 4 and our dog. It was just as described and everything was in working order. The location was perfect to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area. It was quiet and peaceful and we loved sitting out on the porch. Check in/Check out process was simple and we had great communication with the owner. Highly recommended Hakuna Matata!

This property was perfect for my family of four. The porch with 4 rocking chairs was mine and my 19 year old daughters favorite place to relax. My husband and 15 year old son loved the pool table. We also had our small dog with us, which was nice not having to board him. Whoever cleans the property does an amazing job. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Very clean and super stocked cabin! Had everything needed for a week's stay. Quiet neighborhood, cute little creek! The only thing that would have helped, would have been a grab bar to step in and out of the shower. We had a very nice time!

We came down from Indiana for a wedding and a little RR at a different cabin than we normally stay at the area and it beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and wonderfully decorated inside and out. Full cable package and wifi worked great. Very nice jacuzzi. The château was situated in a secluded area up in the mountains but only a few minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. We will definitely stay here again.

Cabin was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of hiking or a long day at Dollywood. It was so quiet you felt like you were miles away, but really you were just down the street from the grocery store. Truly a retreat.
