Relax and recharge in this serene setting - comfort and style at an affordable rate. [INSIDE]: Spacious 1 bedroom apartment, 1 bath, within the city of Napa just minutes away from all the valley has to offer. Approx. 800 sq ft. of privacy overlooking wooded gardens. Bathroom has jetted bath for two, in addition a free standing glass shower with separate vanity. King bed & day bed w/two twins. Living room area has sofa, 2 swivel chairs, upholstered ottoman, gas fireplace. TV armoire w/swivel tray for directional viewing. Furnished in detail with original artwork, antiques, candles. Local maps provided as well as listing of our fine restaurants. Kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster oven, micro, all dishware, table linens, cookware, accessories, coffee/teas, spices, paper goods. Studio is sound proofed for additional quietness. More suitable for 1 couple (2 people), or with 1-2 children. Girls getaway of 3-4 is also quite workable, and we have had many a womans getaway. 2 couples are not accepted, nor woman/man combinations unless as 1 couple, since this is a open studio apartment. Please inquire should you have questions. Thank you! [OUTSIDE]: After a busy day in the valley, soak in your intimate private hot tub perched on spacious private deck overlooking wooded yard. Large gas BBQ w/complete accessories. Lounging chairs, table for outside relaxing. Property is 1/2 acre of many trees, flower gardens, & lawn. Guests may stroll thru the grounds. Lower area has patio table/chairs w/umbrella, as well as new fire pit with bench and 2 rocking chairs. Meditation/zen garden nearby with relaxing water fountain and bench's. NO OTHER RENTALS are on property, nor in the neighborhood. Downtown Napa is just a few minutes away by car. In addition San Francisco, Berkeley, East Bay, as well as ocean beaches are within a short drive. Complimentary concierge service. New: Chicken coop with 7 chickens....Guests are welcome to enjoy fresh eggs...they are colorful blue, dark brown, light brown and cream eggs! Keywords: Cozy, comfortable. Barabra is very nice and we were very comfortable, especially that king-sized bed!. The place is open and roomy. Enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the deck. It was a good workout to walk up to the end of the street. It is located above a busy intersection (which I already new before booking), but it wasn't much of a bother. Location was convenient as it is only 1.4 miles from my sister's house. We enjoyed our stay!

This places was cute and good location. The reason not a 5 star is you don’t have access to air conditioner unless you ask the owner to turn down. There is 1 ceiling fan in the middle of the room. Even though we had fan on and windows open we still got very hot at night and as for trying to get ready, no way to cool down. I would suggest for your guest to provide at least a floor fan that they can use in the bathroom and sleep with if needed. You can hear noise from upstairs anytime someone moved around, but that’s to be expected. Really the only negative.

Because we live on opposite sides of the country my daughter and I try to travel somewhere every other year. This year she chose Napa, CA and we’re so very glad she did. With a friend there were 3 of us, and there was plenty of room.
Our check in was fast and easy, contactless. Communication was easy. The space was as described and we had absolutely everything we needed to be comfy and cozy. When an issue unrelated to the rental came up and we reached out to our host for a suggestion she absolutely went above and beyond to assist. I’d give her and her unit more than 5 stars if I could. If you’re looking at this one, go ahead and book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Overall, we had a pretty good stay at this place. It was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. There's lot of helpful information about things to do in Napa and I felt like we were a pretty short drive away from most places we ended up going. Noise (and smells) did travel a bit from upstairs, but neither of these were major issues. I wouldn't deter anybody from staying here.

Barbara was very accommodating. She gave us more privacy. The only thing we suggest is the sink is to small for the 3 of us and trash can too small that we have to throw the trash all the time. The Spa & tub is great! Nothing to complain to our host Barbara. Make us feel as family. Excellent work!

Wonderful little property. No stove and small fridge but we knew that. Located close to Silverado Resort where we played tennis every day and that was great. For the price, this place was great. Only “ding” that dropped the overall rating from 5 to 4 was proximity to street traffic on Hagen. Indoors, the Nest was comfortable and quiet as could be. Outdoors on the quaint patio? The traffic noise prevented us from sitting outside at times and enjoying the sweet surroundings.

The host family and their dog can be heard in the adjacent unit.
The unit was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom & shower large, and the towels abundant and luxurious.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while exploring Napa. It’s convenient to wineries, Oxbow Market, and a grocery store. The space was clean, tidy and well-stocked with kitchen supplies for a kitchenette. We cooked breakfast one of the mornings. The property is inviting and well-kept. We didn't use the hot tub. The chickens and their eggs are a bonus!
The one issue we had was that the gas grill wasn’t working; however, Barbara ensured it was repaired the following day. As an aside, there was much more paperwork to complete before our arrival date than what I’m accustomed to with other rentals. Apparently, the City of Napa requires the owner to keep such records.

Barbara and Thomas were gracious hosts and available when we had any questions. Thomas helped us out one morning when our rental car did not start. Very accommodating. The unit was very clean and was beautifully decorated. It’s proximity to downtown and the wineries was also very good. I would repeat my stay and recommend.

It was a weekend getaway for my family and somewhat a nice spot but I think we would prefer a little more privacy (it is a studio attached/part of the house with side entrance). And not a great fit for my family with school aged kid even though the chicken coop and fresh eggs were definitely a highlight for my kiddo but probably a better fit for a quiet couple.

The bed & pillows were super comfortable. Once we figured out the hot tub settings it was very enjoyable. Didn’t get a chance to relax in the deep jetted inside tub, but it looked very inviting. Furniture & layout of the rental made for a homey & relaxing stay. We had a real treat of a morning omelette from the fresh eggs provided by the onsite chickens! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our time of 15 days, there to be with daughter delivering our newest granddaughter! The fireplace / heater was cozy, the jet tub was relaxing, and the king-sized bed comfortable. The apartment is very convenient to shopping and downtown Napa. Barbara was very kind and helpful. We were especially appreciative of the bottle of local wine she gave as a Christmas present, and she provided excellent Peet's coffee, both regular and decaf.

Extremely neat and well kept property, well insulated from nearby road noise, room was beautifully furnished and maintained, and I would recommend the property to any couple. My only regret is that my schedule did not allow me to meet the owner, who was informative and very friendly in our communications.

Fantastic little place off the Silverado Trail. Barbara was very responsive and helpful. I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting Napa. A few points just to highlight - she does charge extra to use the twin day bed in the unit - so if you are three adults, don't be caught off guard to use what is advertised in the listing. It's only a mini-fridge (which is clear in the pictures) but I guess I didn't realize when it said "refrigerator" - so plan accordingly (also check the temperature of it since we didn't and it froze a bunch of our food the first day). Also, and not mis-represented, no stovetop or oven - but we were creative with the electric skillet and toaster oven. All in, we cooked a lot and made it work! The sound from the highway was not a big deal and no issues with WiFi or TV. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the couple of fresh eggs were a cute touch - like the entire place. You won't be disappointed!
