Tucked on a 1/3 acre of mature trees and cultivated gardens, BJ's Nest is a private st9udio retreat just minutes from downtown Napa and the Silverado Trail. The grounds are maintained by the owner a Master Gardener - you'll find a peaceful meditation garden, seasonal plantings and quiet garden paths that guests consistently describe as the highlight of their stay.
Soak in your private hot tub on the deck after a day of wine tasting, gather around the fire pit in the evening or relax on the lower garden patio. Inside, the approx 800 sq ft studio is cozy, comfortable and quiet. (studio has been sound proofed for additional quietness).
Our city permit allows us to sleep p to 4 people. King bed is hotel quality, very comfortable, and is new. Day bed is two twin beds, very comfy. Linens are high thread count, down filled bed pillows, (we have non feather pillows, too. just ask).
Kitchenette is compact, with large air fryer toaster oven;, electric skillet, panini griddle, slow cooker, pots/pans, etc. Henkel Knife set, quality coffee maker; Large gas bbq grill, with accessories, is just outside door on your private deck
we take care of the small things: coffee, tea's, filters, paper goods, shampoo and conditioner; bottled water and candles around the hot tub for evening soaks. It's the kind of thoughtful, personal touch you won't find at a hotel - at a fraction of the price.
NO OTHER RENTALS are on property, nor in the neighborhood.
Downtown Napa is just a few minutes away by car. In addition San Francisco, Berkeley, East Bay, as well as ocean beaches are within a short drive.

BJ’s Nest is a great location for all things Napa Valley. Nestled nicely right off the Silverado Trail just 10 min from downtown in a quiet downstairs of a private home. No full kitchen but that’s what reservations are for. Perfect for two. More would be tight in my mind. Lovely backyard. Barbara our host is a good communicator which I always appreciate.

BJ’s Nest is a great location for exploring wine country. Close to Downtown Napa (and Oxbo Market & Gott’s.) Very close to Silverado Trail and amazing wineries. It’s a lot of space for the price—a roomy basement apartment. Comfortable bed, updated bathroom. We loved our time and the host was great!

The owner was rude. She told us we could check in at 1:00PM. It was pouring rain and we ended up getting to the house at 12:45. The key was there so we placed our luggage inside and then headed out. The owner pulled in as we were leaving and said "What were you told??" in a harsh voice. "You were told to check in at 1:00PM!!!!"Not a great way to start our stay.
