The custom home has access to the wide beaches of Tybee's South-Island and is within easy walking distance to the Pier, and many shops and restaurants. Enter the home from the beautiful second level deck. The French doors welcome you from the covered deck, which gives the feeling of relaxing in a treehouse, with views of the majestic oak tree that sits just outside the door. The tri-level floor plan features wide plank wood flooring and all new fixtures and furnishings throughout. The open plan living room is bright with tons of natural light. There is ample seating with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The main living level has a spacious feel with a beautiful custom kitchen cabinetry. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The kitchen is ready for entertaining and has a wide breakfast bar with bar seating for 4. The large dining table seats up to 8. The furnished deck also includes a gas grill, ready for use. The main level has one guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and attached bathroom that is also accessed through the hall. Upstairs, on the third floor are three additional bedrooms, including the Primary Suite. The Primary Bedroom has a King size bed, and TV and an attached bathroom with dual vanities and a custom tile shower with dual showerheads. The primary bedroom features French Doors leading to the private balcony with seating that also looks into the majestic oak tree, making it feel like a private treetop oasis. Guest bedroom 2, on this level also has a King size bed and a TV, and an attached balcony on the opposite side of the home, perfect for enjoying the warm sunshine in the day, and cool air by night. There is an attached bathroom which is also accessed in the hallway. Guest Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. There are a washer and dryer in the hall on this level. The home was perfect for a girls trip. The bedrooms were comfortable. House was clean. There were some things that people need to be aware of. I think the parking situation needs to be clarified. The parking is very difficult. I’m not sure a pick up truck could fit. We didn’t park any car underneath the house there was a pole and trees in the way and parking in the other two spots there was a 1/4 brick wall but we could get in. Need more outdoor lighting for safety and to park at night.Some small repairs hitch I’m sure they will do. We had a great time. The house worked great for us.

Property was perfect for our family…loved the openness of main floor and liked being so close to the beach. I left a review of some issues that should be addressed…mostly with the bathrooms. A great time!

The property was perfect for walking everywhere. The grill didn't work and that was frustrating. They required washing all the dishes but didn't supply enough detergent.

We had a joint Bach party in Tybee island and this property was absolutely amazing! Close to the beach and bars. Very easy check in/out and the house was immaculate. 10/10 recommend!

House best for 8 and not 10 people. Example: can only seat 8 around kitchen table and we had 10 people. WIFI poor. Mosquitoes in bathrooms. Nice kitchen. About 8-10 minutes away from beach via boardwalk while lugging beach supplies.

Booked this location based on pics on VRBO and it was very accurate. We didn't know much about Tybee Island and when we pulled in it was bustling with people. We were here during the Coronavirus "thing" and had to leave in the middle to get back home for family reasons. But, while here it was close to the town and beach. The property was big for our family of 4 to spread out. The only comment is that you can hear everything because of a very open concept. Not bad, but just know those trying to do any work hear everything going on around you. TV's were great. Beds were a little hard for me, but my husband loved it. Had everything we needed.

Thank you for the wonderful vacation experience we had while staying in the vacation rental home. I searched the internet for the larger part of a day until I found exactly what I was looking for to make my husband’s 50th birthday vacation special. I’m so glad I came across your property. It was a great experience. The home was super clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for the stay was provided (linen, cooking utensils and equipment, etc.). We have absolutely no complaints! Everything was great!!
