Little Blue Beach House is the perfect place for your Tybee Island escape! Situated on a double lot, this home is truly unique with an oversized, landscaped, fully fenced-in backyard oasis. Here you can enjoy your own covered pavilion, private lawn and firepit areas. In the Spring and Summer: dine alfresco, play games on the lawn, enjoy a family movie night on the large flat screen! During cooler seasons, charcoal grill and watch the big game, roast marshmallows and gaze up at the stars. Inside, find an open concept living space. The well-equipped updated kitchen features marble countertops and stainless appliances including coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster oven, and microwave. Owners have provided everything you need to cook at home during your stay. The large dining table seats 10, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. This house is spacious enough to sleep 10 with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and sea. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds, 2 with Smart TVs. The fourth bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds- perfect for the kids. ALL mattresses feature hybrid foam bedding for a good night’s rest. Little Blue is equipped with a wagon, beach chairs, and more to share with guests, plus plenty of books and board games and even a Wii for the kids to enjoy after a long day in the surf. Home has ample parking for groups. The Little Blue Beach House is just a short 6-minute walk to quiet North Beach, and only a block from Hucapoos, Tybean, shopping and more! You will absolutely love your time at the Little Blue Beach House on Tybee!

This property has nice curb appeal and inside decor as well as a lovely covered porch outdoor space with an outdoor shower for after beach cleanup. Our family had plenty of space to spread out and relax or come together for games and dinner in the shared living/dining/kitchen area. Our family enjoyed a comfortable stay. BIg shout out for a solid book selection for relaxed reading opportunities!

We had a great time. Great accommodations and location with a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. They need to fix the bike flat tires so they are usable, but I'd definitely return to this property.

Love the house, love the location, loved that all the extras were there for use including blankets. Throw pillows need cleaned or replaced along with the couch and loveseat, aside from being organized and arranged the cleanliness could have been a whole lot better.

We really enjoyed this house. The back yard was perfect for our children and the house was perfectly accessible for my aging grandmother. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We will be staying again!

The little blue house was a good fit for our family get together of seven. We had space to gather inside and out. We loved the outdoor shower! The proximity to the beach was great and we were able to get there by bike. We would have liked the house to have been better stocked including propane for the grill , laundry detergent and non perishable food items. Otherwise the house worked well for all of us!

This was a great place for us to stay with young kids and friends on our recent trip. It was close enough to the beach and shops. Kitchen was lovely to cook in. The back yard is as lovely as it looks, we wanted to spend more time out there but the mosquitoes and heat were rough. Would stay again.

We loved having a fenced in yard and it was a great location. Nice little walk to the coffee shop every morning and not a bad walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first trip to Tybee Island. This location is easy to access, has plenty of onsite parking, is roomie inside and out. There were 10 of us in our group and everyone had space to themselves. The LARGE fenced in yard was great for the kids and the adults enjoyed the outdoor lounge space. Would HIGHLY recommend this property and will look here again on our stays!

Amazing stay at Tybee Island

We rented the house for my daughter’s sixteenth birthday. The house was clean. There was plenty of rooms and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all you needed to cook with. We enjoyed that the beach was not real crowded and the walk was not to bad. We also liked that the house had a shower outside to rinse the sand off. The house was nice and cool for the hot summer days. We will be coming back to stay again.

This was a perfect house that allowed our family from all over the country to get together and spend time together. It was close enough to the beach to walk (even though the more active beaches are little too far to walk) and also go into Savannah to tour. It was just right for us.

This house exceeded our expectations and provided more than I ever imagined to accommodate me and my family and to make our stay more comfortable. I only wish I had communicated more with the owner and wouldn't have had to bring half of the luggage we carried around. Perfect distance from the beach to ride golf cart or bike and close enough to all the shops and restaurants. Very pleasant, quiet, beautiful neighborhood and house! The pictures online didn't do it justice.
