Nestled in Leavenworth, this attractive house for $425 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Hannah's River Haus, a perfect waterfront house outside the city limits of Leavenworth, just walking distance from downtown, yet tucked into a surprisingly secluded, peaceful setting on the rushing Wenatchee River, surrounded by beautiful woods and trees. The house features a bedroom on the main floor, two bedrooms upstairs, bathrooms on each floor and and an awesome family room/living space ~ Great for a small family or a couples retreat. Our base rate is for 4 guests, each additional guest is $25 per person/night.

A super clean and cozy location. The sauna and hot tub were amazing to have, and they even cleared the driveway/patio of snow during our visit. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots/pans we needed. And they even put up Christmas decorations, which was a pleasant surprise for our family that was staying during Christmas. Overall a great stay, and we'd 100% stay again.

We came for New Years. The house was well decorated, we took off great pictures inside and outside. Open concept, everything we needed in the house was provided. The hot tub was clean and ready to use. The location is great - walking distance to the stores and downtown. Highly recommended!

We take a trip to Leavenworth every Christmas season, and this was by far our favorite stay because of this cabin. It was clean, cozy, accommodating with a super convenient location and beautiful scenery. The driveway was clear of snow when we arrived, and the instructions for check in/out were easy to understand. The small details are important for a peaceful getaway, and the cabin owners really nailed it. The cabin was lovely and perfectly situated close to town but also isolated with a beautiful view of the woods and Wenatchee river. 100% recommend!

This was the perfect retreat from the hustle and bussle of town over a Holiday weekend. They had lots of large pots and pans and we were able to make a complete Thanksgiving meal in their well stocked kitchen. The double ovens were amazing too. We loved the holiday decorations and nights by the fire were cozy. We miss it already!

This property was amazing and I would go back in a heartbeat. We came for a kickoff to Christmas. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated for Christmas. Close to town (but due to all the snow we ended up having to drive and pay to park downtown). But in warmer months, easy walk to town. We LOVED the area. The owner/property management was super helpful and responded very quickly even on the weekends.

We had an awesome stay. Hannah’s house was exactly as advertised. Neat and clean. It was an easy 10 minute or less walk to the edge of town. Close to the grocery store. It was great in the fall, but would be even better in the warmer months because it is literally right on the river. Would recommend to a friend and would stay again.

The house was perfect for our family vacation providing ample space to relax and unwind. The location was very convenient for a quick drive into Leavenworth downtown area, which was also within walking distance as well. The private area next to the river provided the perfect fall backdrop for family photos. We would certainly stay here again.

A terrific place to relax and enjoy nature with the river access and surrounding trees. Within walking distance of Leavenworth, so very handy for festivals, shopping, etc. The house is comfortable and clean and very usable. The best part of this property is the host. Easy to reach and very nice and responsive. Recommend!!! :)

Lovely cabin just outside of downtown Leavenworth. Warm because it was the summer time and the vaulted ceiling trapped the heat for the upstairs bedrooms, but the standing fans helped a lot. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with some family and everything was perfect. Walking distance from the heart of town and the grocery. Neat interior. The little 'beach' near the river was great for a happy hour. Property manager was responsive and very accommodating. Great location in terms of hiking and fishing within a short drive. A big thanks to you guys!

We had a wonderful time at Hannah’s Haus celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary! Leavenworth is one of our absolute favorite places to visit in Washington. This home is perfectly located to town and on the Wenatchee river. The home is equipped with everything you need, just bring food and something for the bbq too! In the evening and early morning hours we had the windows open so that we could hear the river. The neighborhood is very quiet and about 1/2 mile from town. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the place to anyone that is thinking about renting it. It’s large enough for a family to spread out inside or out and has a nice beach down near the river - not a swimmable spot on the river but close enough to enjoy the sites and sounds. The hot tub was great after a round of golf too. I would have liked one of the beds to be a king and more options for hanging clothes and towels but that is just my preference. There’s only one clothes closet and it’s in the downstairs bedroom which is the room we stayed in and one that we would consider the master suite. The bathrooms are beautiful and all of the wood features and woodland decor are spectacular. We will be back!

Perfect getaway loved the cabin and the river. Would definitely recommend. Outdoor fireplace wasn’t working but we didn’t need it it symtayed warm enough.

Peaceful retreat. Walking distance to downtown. The only draw back were the lights from the plant across the river. Over-all an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay.
