We offer a very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood of Napa, CA. It has been completely remodeled and the furnishings are regularly upgraded. The Kitchen is fully stocked for the home away from home experience. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other 2 bedrooms have a new queen size beds with new linens. The bathrooms have tile showers and are provided with luxury towels. We are children friendly, a crib and highchair are available upon request. There is a covered patio with a large patio table and a spa that seats six where you may enjoy the wonderful climate of the Napa Valley. House was nice, inside was clean . Outside could use a pressure washing. Front door and screen very dirty. Table on patio dirty. Master bedroom mattress could use replacing. All in all , nice location

House was perfect for our weekend needs. The house was clean and comfortable. Clear and easy instructions when we arrived. Loved that they had fans for every room and towels specific for the hot tub and lots of extra bath towels. Owner was usually quick to respond and very helpful and nice to work with. Only VERY ticky tacky thing was I had to ask for check-in and check-out procedures and they came quite late, check-in instructions came after I said I was at the house just past the check-in time. Check-out instructions were sent 30 mins before I had to leave. Very small thing but would absolutely recommend this house for anyone wanting to visit wine country. Beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious, very clean and well appointed. The location was perfect for getting to the Napa wineries, nice restaurants, and a grocery store. The neighborhood was nice and walkable. We would definitely stay again!

Our group of 4 enjoyed our long weekend stay. The house is clean, comfortable and an ideal location. The pictures don't do it justice! Property owner is a gracious hostess and a great wine tour guide! This was a truly special weekend and we hope to stay here again.

We enjoyed the rental but would not stay there again. We would strongly suggest some repairs and upgrades. The master shower faucets are difficult to use and need to be replaced. Hot water heater is not turned up enough. Also I did not feel safe. The front door has a window in it without an efficient shade and the back door does not have a good lock.

Perfect for 3 couples visiting Napa valley. House was very nice, comfortable beds and a nice backyard to sit out and play cards or sit in the hot tub after a day of wine tasting or shopping ! Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area !

This property was a beautiful home for our group of three couples. The living room and kitchen area was a big open area that made it easy to visit and use the kitchen for; meals, snacks or mixing cocktails! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need or want. The weather was unseasonably cool during some of our stay, but for an extra fee - the pool was heated to 80 degrees! There was also a hot tub, fire pit, and a grill located in a private backyard with a beautiful lawn & palm trees. We were very satisfied with this home, except the comforters and bath towels need to be replaced- they were very thin and worn. Overall, I would recommend this home for a relaxing vacation!

Overall it was satisfactory. The only suggestion I have is to replace the mattress in the second bedroom, the one that is across from the master bedroom in the back of the room. We have enjoyed the location and the hot tub.

Property was exactly how it was portrayed but even a better location. It was great being able to stop back at the house to recharge before going out again. Sandy was also a great chauffeur when needed and it was fun talking to her and learning more about Napa. Would definitely stay again, house was well equipped with anything you could possibly need. This property was wonderful. Beautiful well kept yards, lush bedding, quiet neighborhood. But it was just a few minutes from the main north-south road up the valley which allowed easy access to wineries but also downtown Napa. Would definitely stay here again.

Home is perfectly set up and in a wonderful location. Lemon and orange tree in the back yard full of fruit. Outdoor seating for sunshine filled mornings and the home was well appointed. We will be going again!
