About this condo rental
Situated in South Forest Beach, this charming condo for $232 per night is a great choice for your next break. Great location in a gated property on the Beach. Luxurious King Bed Couples Retreat. Located on South Forest Beach, steps to the beach, and a short walk to Coligny Plaza w/many shops & restaurants for your convenience. Secure South Forest Beach Complex with Covered Parking, Elevator, and Many Bike Paths Convenient to the property. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook meals, including a coffee bar with 6 K-cups provided and several tea options. High-speed wifi, several workstations throughout the unit. Or set yourself up on the balcony to watch the waves. Our recent remodel removing the bunk beds to enlarge the bedroom area was to make our unit more comfortable for couples and to provide a luxurious king bed. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, extra linens, coffee, water, and soft drinks are also provided. Many upgrades in the unit, and I am continually adding more to provide the utmost in my guest experience.

We stayed here for a weekend and it’s beautifully positioned with a short boardwalk to the beach and a 10 minute stroll to Coligny Shopping restaurants and stores. Condo is well appointed for a beach side getaway! Loved sitting on the balcony on cool mornings and having a view of the ocean with my coffee!

Rebecca is an amazing 5 star host. She is very accessible and accommodating for all your needs. This lovely one bedroom unit is wonderful with all of the accommodations, and quality amenities for 2 people. Rebecca has thought of everything, and then some. Very fully equipped. Many nice surprises! The king bed is very comfortable. This unit is right by the elevator, and stairs for easy access. Easy and quick board walkout to the beach. No stairs. Nice ocean view from the balcony. Plenty of easy parking at this oceanfront condo complex. Easy walk or biking to all the many stores and restaurants, including a very nice Piggly Wiggly grocery store, in the Plaza. You can drive there, and there is plenty of free parking. Very convenient location to everything!

We had a great time being so close to the beach! We enjoyed being in the Coligny Plaza area with lots of restaurant and bar options. The place was very clean and comfortable, a bit small in size but it worked perfectly for the 2 of us. Nice little balcony with a view of the ocean. :) Thank you!!

Rebecca was amazing in regards to communication and strives to be the best host ! The villa was so neat and tidy and very clean! It was small but we had everything we needed. The bath towels were plentiful and of good quality and the king size bed was comfy ! The unit itself was quiet inside even though the main door opened up to the bedroom. The addition of an air purifier was nice - it doubled as a night light and some white noise if that’s something that helps you sleep. She also provided 4 beach chairs which we used everyday. BONUS - they are backpack chairs with a roomy pouch for beach gear and towels etc., a beach umbrella and a sun shade. There was also an insulated bag cooler that we used daily ! It’s so nice when a host provides these extras because if you fly to the island it’s difficult to do without these things so most likely results in spending more money to rent some gear for the week. The location was perfect- a few minute walk on a very nice boardwalk right to the beach. Coligny is about 5 min away by foot so a fantastic location for bars and restaurants. We would rent this unit again with no hesitation! It’s ideal for a couples getaway.

This unit was exactly as described. The owner was very prompt with responses to all questions and checked in on us through out our stay. The unit was very clean, had everything we needed and had lots of nice fluffy towels! In the words of my husband, “This is one of my favorite units we have stayed at in Sea Side.”

This charming property was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay during our first visit to HHI. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, very clean and has all the comforts of home.
Rebecca is a terrific owner, quick to respond to messages and has thoughtfully provided every amenity you could possibly need while on vacation. The property is conveniently located within a short waking distance to the local shops, dining and entertainment at Coligny, making it a fantastic place for people who want to explore this part of the island by foot or by bike. Overall we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle free getaway in Hilton Head!!

We really enjoyed this stay! It was an older facility, but our unit had been renovated! Great Beach Access and close to Coligny eating and shops!! It was very small but worked fine for my friend and I for a long weekend!! Host was AWESOME to communicate with!

We have stayed many times in HH, however this place was levels above the others. In addition to having the unit exceptionally clean and comfortable, the owner is very communicative and ensures you feel she is there for anything you might need. A very comfortable king bed ensure a restful vacation. This will be the first place we seek for our next booking.

My husband and I spent the week in this condo for our honeymoon, where Rebecca was the most wonderful hostess that we could have asked for!
She wrote us a hand written card of congratulations as well as left the refrigerator stocked for us as a gift.
She often texted to make sure we made it to and left safely from the condo and made the check in/out process easy and effective.
Rebecca texted different locations of popular coffee shops and bruch/dinner restaurants that we found were great recommendations!
I will recommend to rent off of Rebecca any day of the week, she was wonderful!

Wonderful place to stay - highly recommend! Great communication from the start - from easy to follow instructions on how to access the condo to departing. Condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Very convenient location - walking distance to restaurants & shops and of course the beach. It was nice that we didn’t have to drive anywhere during our stay. We'd love to stay here again!

Loved this property and Rebecca! She provides everything you could possibly need! Her communication with us was stellar! Perfect get away for my husband and I. So close to the beach and shopping. Our time there was flawless. My only regret was we that we couldn’t stay longer. Just an FYI don’t forget quarters for the laundry☺️.

This condo is beautiful, exactly as the photos show. Rebecca was super responsive and easy to deal with. Great location, close to Coligny. We rented bikes through Island Rentals, also close by, easy walk to their curb location. Biking was fun and good way to get around to explore. Ready to go back!

This is the second time we stayed at this condo. The condo is very clean, updated and comfortable. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. The extras (paper products, soap, shampoo, extra towels) were a nice bonus. The condo is close to shopping and restaurants. Rebecca is a great host and responded to any questions we had. This condo was located in a perfect location for bicycling, shopping, dining and time on the beach. Rebecca, Manager, could not have been more helpful, going above and beyond the norm. Cute, efficient for a couple to relax and enjoy Hilton Head.

We had a really good week at this property. Small but more than enough for 2 people. Our food prep needs were simple, so no issues there. It was VERY clean and everything worked. Just steps to the beach, and the beach itself was great. We rented 2 chairs and umbrella from concessionaire, rather than schlep everything down and back, but Rebecca has chairs at the condo. Check-in was a bit clunky. I would recommend having printed instructions for the TV. The system is quite different from our own and is not at all intuitive. It took a while to figure it out. That’s a suggestion, not a complaint.

We had a great stay at Seaside Villas for a long Labor Day weekend getaway. The place was very clean, had everything we needed and was in close proximity to everything on the island. For 2 people, it’s all the space we needed and we were able to cook all of our breakfasts in the condo.
Communication was very good with the owner and I’d definitely recommend this spot if you’re visiting Hilton Head Island!

My husband and I rented the condo last minute and could not have had a better trip. Rebecca was super responsive and made the check-in process very easy. The condo is exactly as described and it is right on the beach, making it very easy to pop down for a bit. It is also very convenient to get to the Coligny area, where we walked to every day. Had a great stay in Hilton Head! Condo was perfect for my husband and I! Just walk through the parking lot and you are at the beach! It was small and perfect for two people! We were either on the beach or bike riding! Rebecca is a great host, very responsive, easy check in and check out. She has a beach umbrella and beach towels that we used.

Great Quick Getaway
This was the perfect property for myself and my daughter for a quick getaway. It is small but very clean and it has everything you need to be comfortable. The property manager was very hands on in checking in, giving recommendations for activities and dining options. We only stayed two nights and were gone most of the time, so it was a wonderful home base. I highly recommend it for 2-3 people looking for a nice, clean, centrally located place.
