Watch and listen to the Pigeon River from the living room and enjoy the abundance of wildlife just outside. Dixie Stampede is across the river and you can see the back parking lot from the deck! We had a short family weekend planned and found this quaint cottage which was perfect for our family of four. The location by Little Pigeon River is nice which makes the hot tub view enjoyable. The location right off the parkway is an added bonus making travel a littler easier in what is otherwise an always congested area. The bedrooms and living space are as advertised, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

We really loved our stay. We are use to staying in a more remote place. This place worked great for us. Loved listening to all the ducks. We were close to everything. Very clean with everything you need. Except was missing a broom for cleanup. We will stay again.

Check in was a breeze. Brent answered any and all questions we had. The house looks exactly like the pictures. Lake across a small street. The house is less than a mile from downtown pigeon forge but just far enough away that there isn't a lot of traffic passing the house or huge crowds walking by. We were comfortable and happy with our stay. There is a geese/ duck food dispenser on the back porch where you can put a quarter in and get a good amount of food out of. Since visitors feed them, there are a lot of geese/ ducks around. But they are friendly and wait patiently to see if you will feed them and leave quickly when they realize you're not. We were really happy with our trip and would definitely rent this cottage again if we're ever back in the area.

Cute place. Loved being able to see the river from the porch. Bathroom really small. Bedrooms need to have smaller furniture. Overall was nice place for two people.

This is the best place to stay. Walking distance from alot of stuff. Practically no one around you. Very quiet with a great view. Only complaint i have is the hot tub breaker was tripped and the hot tub was cold so we never got a chance to use it. Other then that i would definately stay here again.

Amazing time with my parents making memories! Loved the location, loved having a river beside us and having a feeder for the ducks/geese was amazing! My only complaint is I only stayed for 2 days! Will be back, thank you Brent!

Three nights in this cozy little place and I didn’t want to come home. It’s so close to town, but tucked back just in the right spot to make you feel like you are alone. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the ducks, geese, squirrels and other wildlife. Watching the river was awesome. It rained a good bit while we were there. Went to bed and the river was calm, woke up to it rising! We watched from the safety of the screened in porch and took lots of progress pictures. The house is cozy. I loved having a place for the kids to play outside. The host was amazing and answered any questions I had. Will be booking this place again!

We had a short stay, only one night, at this very sweet little cabin in Pigeon Forge. The location was perfect, parking very easy and the cabin was adorable. Very comfortable beds, hot shower with good water pressure, and a lovely peaceful screened porch and seating area outside. Despite being right in the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge this little place is quite peaceful. The TV was also very easy to operate with quite a wide range of options for viewing. We would definitely stay again!

Brent was the best host. Helped us find the cottage and gave specific information. Certainly made us feel welcomed. The cottage is secluded yet right in town. Nice furniture, had everything we needed. The beds are extremely soft. The best part is the screened in porch. Sat there for hours enjoying the river and a plethora of water fowl. Would love to come back some day.

We had a wonderful time visiting and fishing in the river nearby! This location is FANTASTIC just off the parkway yet very quiet. There were baby geese and ducks, and my child enjoyed the feeding station. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was fantastic. This is an older home that has been updated. This is a great location for able-bodied folks to enjoy some time away. The beds are tall, and the shower/tub can be difficult to get in and out of if you have some physical ability concerns. Otherwise, this is a gem to be enjoyed!

We were booked for this cottage but due to natural weather conditions, the power was out during our reserved time. Brent, the most awesome VRBO Owner I have ever dealt with, relocated us to another BRAND NEW accommodation at the last minute and literally saved our Passholder's Day at Dollywood where we were able to see Dolly in person. He will never know how much this meant to my family. One thing is for certain, this Owner cares very much for his guests! We will for sure look to rent his property on the river again in the future! My family and I truly enjoyed our time at this cottage. There were beautiful river views from the living room windows and from the hot tub. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. The cottage was the last one on the street, so it felt very private, while being just minutes away from all of the attractions.

Great stay for a small family. My wife and I with our 2 kids(14 and 8) loved it. The traffic across the river at The Stampede was not bad at all. We only heard a turd on a sport bike once. We will most definitely be staying agian.

Our time at this cute, quaint, cozy little house was absolutely perfect in every way. The location, beds, attention to detail, communication, and the hot tube were great!! I can't forget mother nature the sunsets were beautiful, all the birds who come to greet you makes it all that much more special. Thank you Brent for allowing us to stay and unwind. Hoping to make this a regular vacation spot.

We have stayed at this cottage 3 times altogether. We love this little cottage. It is just right for 2 people. The river runs in front of it and I like just sitting on the back screened porch and listening to the sounds of the river and the geese. It is also private but close to anywhere you want to eat.
