Whether you choose to walk to the beach , sit at the bay window to people watch or enjoy a drink at the breezy deck while listening to the seagulls, the family friendly home is sure to be a great beach home for you to make memories in Ocean city! Enjoy our brand new Kitchen and hardwood floor throughout the condo. Skylights atop our 13-foot vaulted ceilings ensure that you are never far from the invigorating Ocean City atmosphere. A separate dining area provides a view of the comings and goings outside on Central Ave. A full size kitchen is fully stocked for you to enjoy cooking. Amenities include washer and dryer in unit, AC throughout, 6 beach tags, TV in every room and high speed internet, beach toys and chairs in your private storage room (can be used to store your bicycles). Travel up a few steps and down the hall to the bedrooms and bath. Continue down the hall and out to the porch. So close to everything, but quite up above the street. Step out for a brisk three-block walk to the boardwalk or beach. Grocery store is only two blocks away, with the . Asbury Avenue restaurants such as the Chatterbox, Yanni's, Luigi's etc. are half a block away. LOCATED on Central Avenue at 8th Street, in the north end of town, your family will relax in comfort while knowing that you are in close proximity to all of the fun! In addition to their regular cleaning, our cleaning service has added an additional step of disinfecting and sanitizing during the transition cleanup between the time the prior guests leave and the new ones arrive. As part of their checklist they are ensuring that all high touch items like door knobs, remote controls, refrigerator handle, faucets, etc. are sanitized properly after the previous guest leaves. We are also ensuring that all the cleaners use masks and gloves while inside the condo to ensure that there is minimal risk of infections. Keywords: Condo, Apartment.

This is a very nice condo with plenty of living space and bedrooms. It was reasonably quiet, despite their being a lot of traffic in this part of the city. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, which I did not mind at all. Plenty of breakfast places close by and it's nice to be close to the Asbury downtown shopping area.

House wasnt as clean as you would have hoped. Hair/dirt in utensil drawer and cooking appliances/pots pans were a mess. Ten minutes to walk to beach/boards. Very close to shopping, groceries, restaurants and ice cream parlor. Overall great time with the family.

We had a wonderful week! We enjoyed being just a few steps from Asbury, and also so close to the boardwalk. Condo was clean, and actually felt bigger than the pictures showed. We will stay again!

Amazing location, walking distance to everything! The condo was perfect for myself, husband and son. Plenty of space! Definitely needs some TLC inside and could be cleaner, pretty dusty in the bedrooms. Could use some simple patio furniture to enjoy the outside space as well but overall it was a great stay and would definitely come back.

I had a blast during my week in OCNJ! The location was great and the house had everything we needed for the beach. Great communication with the host. The only thing is that the condo could have been cleaner and the beds weren’t that comfortable. Overall, we had an amazing time and would return!

Great location. Only steps from Asbury St which is great for shopping & a few blocks from the beach. The condo was very spacious for our family of 4. Very nice to have 2 parking spots. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location... park and walk everywhere! Parking for two cars is worth its weight in gold! Condo could use a little sprucing up but otherwise it was very spacious for 6 of us. I also would have liked a grill (my mistake for missing that in the amenities) and more patio furniture.

We had a wonderful time staying here! Comfortable for the 4 adults we had. The 2 parking spaces are convenient and the location is just 3 blocks from the boardwalk. Don't forget to pack your own TP/PT, hand soap, dish soap/sponge, cooking spray/spices, etc. We enjoyed cooking our own food and recommended a few additional kitchen items to make things easier for future renters. Sandy is very responsive, understanding and helpful!

This condo was perfect for a small family getaway - first time bringing our 17 month old daughter to the shore. The location is fantastic -- with everything in close proximity: the beach, boardwalk, playground, acme food store, shops on asbury, ice cream shops, coffee shops, etc. are all within minutes. I would recommend this Condo for a couple, or a couple + young child. My wife and I have already talked about plans to return in Summer 2020.

This is the second summer we vacationed at this house. Another successful vacation! The location is perfect! We have four teenagers that can walk the few blocks to the boardwalk and arcade! Close to the bridge so us adults can go have a cocktail. The property is very well cared for and clean. Quiet area with everything you could possibly need. Thank you sandy for another wonderful vacation! We will be booking again next year with you for sure!

The property was just as expected from the description and previous positive reviews! The beds were comfortable, we were able to adjust the temperature to our liking, and the neighbors were very friendly. We enjoyed that there were games, movies, and books at the home for us to use. It was helpful to have beach tags available to eliminate that extra expense. The walk is only 3 blocks to the beach, and there was a cart and beach toys that we were able to use in the shed. Sandy was amazing at communicating! I highly recommend this property!

We had a great time at this place. The location was great-easy walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and amusement parks. Also-the closest beach access is right at the music pier bathrooms, which is very convenient! Sandy was also very helpful and prompt in answering any questions I had. The deck and all the skylights were so nice too! It was great to enjoy all the beach sunshine!
