About this condo rental
Located in Breckenridge, this lovely condo for $249 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This is our family, home away from home. We have spent a great deal of time and energy to make it OUR very special place. If your looking for a warm and luxurious 3 bedroom family property, close to town & the slopes, our home should be on your shortlist. This 2 level condominium comfortably sleeps 7 in its three bedrooms, with the option of an additional 2 guests sleeping on a full sized sofa bed in the living room. The Master suite occupies the whole of the upper floor. It offers total privacy and comfort. The bedroom has its own log fire, cable TV, coffee maker, & private balcony. The en-suit has a shower, jetted tub, his & hers basins, and a large built-in wardrobe. Best of all it has a Split King Tempur-Pedic bed with his & hers fully adjustable mattress's. Not only can you find that perfect sleeping position with a press of the remote control, it will even massage away the aches and pains of a hard day on the mountains. Bedroom 2 is tastefully decorated, with a Queen size bed and Cable TV, built-in wardrobes & en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a Double bunk bed sleeping 3 (1 up & 2 down), built-in wardrobes,and of course cable TV. All bedrooms have ample storage space for even the most extensive wardrobe. We have two travel cribs available, at no extra cost, for those vacationing with little ones (bring your own baby bedding). The kitchen is modern and sufficiently equipped, for even the most adventurous chef. The lounge has two sofas, around the log fire. The 50in TV has access to Cable, Netflix. We also have a small selection of Books, Games & DVD's for you to enjoy. A full size washer/dryer is located in a cupboard adjacent to the living area. There is parking for two cars. The garage will accommodate a mid size sedan or similar, but if you have a full size SUV it will need to be parked on the drive in front of the garage. The garage is heated and has storage for skis/outdoor gear. Guests have free access to the Los Pinos communal Hot Tub, 25yds from the front door. Guest also have the use of the Upper Village Club House & Swimming Pool, just a few mins away on foot or by car. The unit is professionally managed. On arrival you will find it furnished with fresh bedding, towels and a small welcome pack of essential supplies to get you started. For the skiers & boarders, it's about one hundred skiable yards on a flat trail to the Snowflake chair lift. Ski home using the same route from the Snowflake trail. The Freeride shuttle bus stop is less than 5min away for those who wish to start or finish their day further afield. Main St Breckenridge is a 10min walk down hill. But it's not all about skiing!!!! Our best kept secrets are Summer & Fall. The Town of Breckenridge is full of fun & cultural events all year long, and if the great out doors floats your boat, Summit County has something for everyone. Hike one of the easy trails right from your front door, or venture a little further and climb a 14er! Rent a boat on Lake Dillon, or go river rafting, mountain biking, or ride the railroad. What ever you do don't forget your camera, because everywhere you turn is a picture waiting to be taken! We are very happy with our stay. Everything turned out great. location was convenient - a little walk and then a short ski to the Snowflake chair. Would stay here again.

Very nice property and the listing photos are accurate. It is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The location is great and a nice walk to main street. The carpet could use cleaning or replacement. Two flights of stairs to get to the main level but that was not a problem for us. Nice to have space for two vehicles. However, be aware the garage is small, barely fit a Toyota 4Runner SUV.

Everything about this place was great. The location, the price, and the accommodations. The only thing I would mention to people would be the A/C. Most might already know, but there was no A/C and our unit was close to 80 degrees. I’m sure most summers are fine, but we just happened to stay on a warmer week. Not in the condo that much, so it wasn’t a huge problem.

Loved staying at this property. Had everything we could have wanted for an awesome ski weekend. Great proximity to the mountain and group spaces for lounging after a long day on the mountain. The hosts were so responsive which made everything very smooth!

This condo offered the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. It was very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in each night. The hot tub was nice and not too far away. The only thing I would point out for those looking to rent this property is the distance from the ski lift and the number of steps up to the condo. It wasn’t too bad walking to the flat path and then getting down to the lift, but I would not consider this a ski in. You cannot ski in to this property. Cannot get enough speed to make it back without pulling or taking skis off and walking the rest of the way. Then you have to walk uphill to the property and then there are two levels of steps to go up to get to the condo. We like to come home for lunch, and it was more taxing than we normally like for a ski in-ski out. Luckily our kids are a little older (11,11,10) and capable of carrying their skis, etc, but if they were any younger, it would have been tough. Overall, had a lovely stay and enjoyed the accommodations.

The property was clean and roomy for my family and spouse. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans to do all the cooking at the condo. Personally my only gripe was the condo seamed to heat a little warmer than we wanted, but felt like home at the end of the day

We stayed here with our daughter, son in law and grandsons for a family ski vacation. The location was good, although we probably would have enjoyed it more if we were a bit closer to town, however, the listing was very accurate stating that it is a 10 minute walk. We did not use the shuttle which is a very short walk from the condo.
The condo was exactly as described. Spacious enough for our family and it was great having a fireplace. The units kitchen had everything you needed to cook a family dinner, however, there is no cabinet space to store any grocery items so we ended up having to keep a couple of boxes on the floor in the dining room area to be our temporary pantry. My only complaint in the kitchen area was that a few of the kitchen tools were a bit dirty when I went to use them.
The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the bathrooms to store toiletries. If you come in the winter months, definitely use the humidifier as it is very dry inside.
We used the hot tub which is a very short walk from the condo which was great after a day of skiing and snowshoeing.
Nice to have a heated garage but do note that the garage has no access to the condo itself. There is a flight of outside stairs to access the condo and another flight of inside stairs so a bit cumbersome when lugging up your luggage. Just wish there would have been a larger space to take off boots and coats inside the door.
All in all, a very nice stay here.

My family and I had a great Thanksgiving in Breck. We especially appreciated the well appointed kitchen with great appliances to cook Thanksgiving dinner.
The master and bunk rooms have comfy mattresses, the other king mattress is extremely firm. Everything else was wonderful!

The property had three bedrooms and three baths which was perfect for our family. The location was good, but a little far from main street for 7 year old kids to walk. The two long flights of stairs were little much for 69 year old knees. With two vehicles the parking was a little tight at times.
I would give this property a 4 out of 5 for our family and probably a 5 out of 5 for younger families.

Family came in from out of state and we stayed at this beautiful condo for the weekend. It is within walking distance to main street, St Mary's catholic church, wonderful restaurants. We hope to make this an annual trip and return in 2023

Cozy, attractive, well equipped and comfortable
Cozy, well equipped, comfortable condo that is reasonably well located for skiers. Bedrooms are reasonably sized and have bathrooms -- very convenient. Living room is cozy with two couches, so their is an opportunity for a lot of togetherness. We had two couples in the condo and found that was a good number for this unit. Would also be good for a small family. Heated floors in bathrooms were wonderful. Garage is just big enough to hold a small/medium SUV -- which worked well for us. Our ski equipment stayed warm in the garage too which made the daily ski equipment/boot assembly process convenient (the stackable chairs were a big help for putting on boots!) Back in the condo itself, the large dining table became center of our conversations, computers and meals. You can see the top of the mountain from the table and the living room window -- which helps with gauging the weather and makes a nice view. The kitchen is well done and equipped and only lacks some storage space for groceries. Everything in the condo worked normally and was in good condition. We even got a kick out of reading the owner's instruction book. We enjoyed the Los Pinos condo and hope to be invited to return in the future for skiing and hiking. Finally, we decided the most efficient ski process was: ski down the trail across the street from Los Pinos to Snowflake lift in morning and then return via Four O'clock run in the evening. Exit 4 O'clock run at Snow Flake and take the yellow bus up the hill to Grand Timber Lodge stop. Thanks!

This property was great! The location was perfect. You can walk to downtown, and get on the snowflake lift very easily by walking across the street. The kitchen was well stocked, and the house was warm and cozy. We enjoyed flipping the switch on the fireplace after a long day of skiing to warm up quickly as there were some cold days. The fireplace in the master bedroom is a nice touch too! Considering the size of the mountain at Breck this condo made getting to the mountain easy. The property management company and owner were very helpful for the small things we needed. I would highly recommend this rental!!
