About this condo rental

Situated in South Lake Tahoe, this attractive condo for $161 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Check-in is 4:00 pm, Check-out is 11:am. With approximately 1,440 square feet, our unit comfortably accommodates 6 adults. The maximum number of persons is 6. Please check out the bedroom description. This property is available for 30+ day rentals all year. Use of Tahoe Keys Association facilities are charged separately by the Association on a daily or weekly basis. This includes indoor and outdoor pools with outdoor hot tubs adjacent to the indoor pool, tennis courts, beach and children's play area. Our townhouse condominium is located on wide water on the Tahoe Keys Lagoon and close to the lake channel. You are a 4 minute walk to the indoor pool and 5 minute walk to the outdoor pool and private beach. The tennis courts are right across the street, as is the basketball court. Homeowner Association shared recreational facilities require a pass. They are available at the Association office for a fee. Cost depends on length of stay and facilities used. (Daily and weekly rates available.) Call us for current fees and Association office hours. Make sure you know this before you book to avoid surprises. The upstairs was totally remodeled, November 2009. Both upstairs bathrooms have all marble floors and shower/bath with clear glass doors. Downstairs bathroom was remodeled in May 2015. Granite vanity tops and sinks. New toilets. New full size washer and dryer. New bedroom and upstairs hall carpets were installed in 2014. The downstairs kitchen and living room were remodeled in 2016. Hardwood floors, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances adorn the remodel. See our photos for the new look. We loved staying at the condo in Tahoe Keys. The home was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Greg was very communicative, being upfront with the possibility of construction on the bulkhead. He also provided recommendations of restaurants and activities in the area. The condo is in a great location with easy access to all the restaurants and activities in South Lake Tahoe. I would highly recommend staying at the condo in Tahoe Keys!

My husband and I came up with three of our adult children. The place was cute and clean with all the amenities you need. The owner, Greg, got back to us very quickly when we had questions. I would recommend this home!

We stayed a week in the condo during the 4th of July. We enjoyed great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our teenage boys had plenty of space to themselves and having the dock right outside was perfect.

This unit is great for a small family. The deck is so pleasant in the mornings and although gets sun in the evening (in June, 2021); it's quite comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped & BBQ works great. Owner is very responsive! Would def'ly go back.

Location was nice, condo was clean. Condo is in need of a few repairs, small things we noticed upon arrival but were not a big deal and didn't affect our stay. Would recommend a TV upgrade in the master bedroom and maybe TVs in the guest rooms. Internet was hit and miss for us which was only an issue because our kids were still doing virtual school. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We enjoy this stay very much for our family of 4 a get-away vacation. It's a perfect size property, each one has its own bathroom to use. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, pans, pots, for our meals. Great location with direct access to the lake. Great that we brought on our kayak. Many fun exploring trips in the area . We got so comfortable with the condo and don't want to leave at the end.

Overall my wife and kids had a great experience. We used board games provided and had movie nights. And might I say the movie selection was 5stars. I would most definitely return for another stay. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The condo was spacious for 5 of us and was very comfortably furnished. We enjoyed a few of the card/board games and there were a lot of them! The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook breakfast everyday and a few meals as well. The view of the mountains in the distance was great to wake up to. Greg was very responsive both before and during our visit. Overall, It we all had a great time.

Nicely remodeled townhouse with beautiful views. Tahoe Keys is the only place I stay. It's close to one of my favorite trials and is easy to get in and out of. Very nice quit community. Will definitely stay in this unit again.

The property owner/manager (Greg) was very kind and helpful throughout the process when I was looking for information about the property. Greg responded within a matter of time. The property was clean and very spacious. My family really enjoy our stay. We will definitely stay again for next time when go for our next Lake Tahoe vacation. The only recommendation we have is have the water heater do not have enough warm water after 4th person taking a shower. We have to wait at least half hour to have a warm water. Other than that, we have wonderful time staying and enjoyable family together. Junior

We had 5 adults staying in the 3 bd 3 ba condo. The communication with the owner was excellent, the condo is in a great location with easy access to the lake and town, and the condo had everything we need for a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessities needed to cook and BBQ. We brought our boat and having the dock right out the back door was so convenient, and the views were awesome. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking. We are already planning our trip for next year.

Our family enjoyed our stay st this cozy property. The check in and check out process were clear and concise, we were close enough to many south lake activities and enjoyed the house in the evenings after long days enjoying the beautiful area. The house was clean and prepared for our arrival, the beds were comfortable and the instructions clear. We hope to be back sometime in the future for another stay in an area that our family had gone to enjoy.

We loved our stay and only wished we were here longer. It was very clean and the updates were beautiful. Being able to sit out on the patio overlooking the water was awesome. We took advantage of the pool, spa and pickleball courts, which were also top notch. Looking forward to a return trip in 2019!
