A 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath contemporary home. Sleeps 10. Cathedral ceilings, designer concrete floors, open and modern. ROOF DECK ascend 29 steps to city and sunset views! Tons of sunlight through use of huge windows. Central A/C and heat. Laundry. The house is on 2.5 levels, so there are stairs and it has polished designer concrete floors throughout. Courtney is honestly the best! One of the very few hosts out there that are super accommodating and able to communicate with you at all times whenever you may need her. Her home was absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed every minute of it there! Booking her is no mistake indeed!

My friends and I spent a weekend at Courtney’s place and it was absolutely beautiful! especially the rooftop deck with amazing views. It was a perfect house to relax, have fun and cook meals in. The kitchen is equipped with anything you’ll need. You can also walk to Abbott Kinney where lots of shops and restaurants are, as well as a 15min walk to the beach. The WiFi that works well too—since some of us Also had work to do during our stay. Overall, Courtney’s home had everything we needed and we were all very satisfied from check-in to check-out!

Can’t fault this accommodation. Courtney is a fantastic host, she’s full of recommendations for the area and a wealth of knowledge. The house is within a few blocks of Abbot Kinney or a short walk, scooter, bike and Uber distance away from various attracitons. This place is very spacious and the master suite was had its own private balcony--LOVE! But the rooftop deck/patio had to be my favorite part!

What a beautiful, spacious home!! There were 10 of us that stayed, and we never felt crowded. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were all comfortable, and the master bedroom was just beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay, and Courtney Jane is an amazing person. She welcomed me and my family and really made us feel comfortable. She was always available to answer any questions. The house is in a great location. I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you, Courtney!!!

This home was lovely. It was decorated so nicely and had plenty of room to accommodate our family. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including a table that could accommodate up to 10 people. The bedrooms were comfortable. The master suite was very spacious. We had parking for one vehicle in the driveway beside the house and there was ample parking on the street for our second vehicle. We were in close proximity to everything. Our host Courtney Jane was very friendly and hospitable. She quickly responsed to text messages. We all really enjoyed our time at this location and this house is fabulous.
