Situated in New Buffalo, this lovely cottage for $350 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath cottage has been our weekend summer home for the last 7 years but due to wrestling meets, dance competitions and various other activities we can’t make it up to enjoy it this fall and winter. Such a beautiful home should never be empty – so please enjoy! Due to the moratorium in New Buffalo, we can only rent a minimum of 30 days. Beyond rental quality and decorated with a boater motif, the house is fully equipped with linens, towels, cookware and everything you would ever need for a week away! Dining room seats 6 and a kitchen island and counter seat an additional 4 – a total of 10 diners can eat comfortably. Bar cart makes for a nice evening for entertaining (sorry – alcohol not included!). Kitchen features stainless appliances, shabby chic custom painted cabinetry, granite, dishwasher, garbage disposal, double door fridge with filtered ice and water, coffee maker, tea pot, glassware, indoor serving ware, outdoor plates, spices and most essentials! Cozy family room has oversized pull out full couch and wing back chair. Flat screen TV is a smart TV HEAD - Two bathrooms have tub/shower combo Full size washer and dryer available for use in the basement All bedrooms have high quality linens and brand new mattresses. Galley - Full Bed + Bonus Upper Twin Captains Room - Queen Bed Crew Quarters – 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins). Top bunks are for children under 145lbs - no adults please. Living Room – Pull out full couch sleeps 2. Fully finished basement features oversized bean bag, foosball table, 70" TV and futon. We have a gas weber grill for cookouts and outdoor seating for 10 (unbreakable plates and cups are also included). Fire pit makes for a fun night of s’mores and campfire stories. Please feel free to use anything in the shed. Our house is yours! Walk to Oinks for ice cream or our favorite Mexican dive - Rios! Beach is a 1-mile walk. Marina and famous Brentwood restaurant is ½ mile walk. My favorite things to do here: Blueberry pick (or apple pick) in season Walk the forest preserve trails Renting a boat or waverunner from Oselka Walking to Oinks for ice cream Walking to Brentwood or Rios for dinner Running to the beach, on the beach and back Spending a day at the Warren Dunes Being lazy or crawling the rocks at New Buffalo Beach

This house was perfect for our family getaway. The location and layout were phenomenal, and we especially made good use of the well-stocked game closet on a rainy day! We were near the beach and within walking distance to Oinks, a Farmers Markets and great places to eat. We'd recommend this house and are already thinking about the next time we can rent it!

Beautifully decorated home within walking distance to town and marina. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the front and back decks and the nautical decor inside. Owner responded quickly to any question. Would for sure stay here again. Home was very clean and had anything you could possibly need. Kitchen very well equipped. Enjoy your stay!

We enjoyed this wonderful house very much. The property was very comfortable for a big family of ours. It is cozy and homely. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, but most importantly, the hosts were amazing. Edan and Gene responded right away to any questions we had. Edan went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, she accommodated every request. The house has a big kitchen with a lot of counter space, fully stocked, with a lot of seating. Kids enjoyed making s'mores outside in the fire pit. Everything in the house is well thought through. The outside lighting makes it very cozy seating on the porch in the evening. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Edan and Gene for a wonderful vacation.

Our family of 4 had the most wonderful stay at this home! Pictures don’t even do justice to how beautiful and spacious this place is. The yard is also adorable and made a fun place for our kids to run and catch fireflies in the evenings. The neighborhood is great, and so close to so many fun places to visit in New Buffalo. Everyone we passed while walking to and from Oink’s, were also so friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a great 1st visit to MI and the house was a big part of it. Great set up. Perfect size for 3 teens needing space and a good open space for family time/meals. Walk to beach was fine but drove when we had all our stuff...no biggie. So close to cute main drag. Highly recommend.

Very nice little house with everything needed for our stay! Very much enjoyed the proximity to the beach and Oinks as well as how quiet the neighborhood was during our stay! We loved this house. Perfect size and amount of beds for our two family group. We also loved how well stocked the house, especially the kitchen, was. We walked to dinner, for ice cream, to get coffee each morning, and even to grab a few groceries. It was very clean and we all enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 4 adults and 4 children spent a week at this charming, updated cottage. We relaxed inside and out. The dining area and deck allowed us to all eat together. We appreciated having 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a kitchen with all necessities...and the provided beach pass!

we rented this for a guys weekend, and it was perfect. Walking distance to the marina for charter fishing and a short drive to the four winds casino. The house was very well kept and seemed bigger than the pictures and description. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a long weekend here and it was all we hoped for. We had 6 adults and 5 children and had plenty of room. The kitchen, dining & family rooms were open and spacious. And we also utilized the deck & fire pit. We hope to come back soon.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this house. It was just as described, clean, conveniently located, and had many comforts of home (including board games and puzzle for the kids). We stayed in the fall, and Edan had great apple picking and pumpkin patch recommendations. We walked to Jackie's Cafe for breakfast, and it was a quick trip to everywhere else in New Buffalo we wanted to visit. Our only challenge was that the owners did not subscribe to the DishTV networks needed to watch the Chicago Cubs in the playoffs; but the WiFi was strong, so we could watch on our laptop! Would highly recommend this lovely house!

We were in the area for my son's wedding. The location was perfect for all of our needs. The house was exactly as described. Bring a hairdryer. I checked with Edan before we came up, and I am glad I did! No hair dryers. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay here for a last minute long weekend at the end of summer. The home was clean and comfortable and had just the right amount of space for us to be comfortable and be together. The house was set in a nice quiet neighborhood just off the main drag in new buffalo and served as perfect as a home base for other activities: city beach, biking in three oaks, kayaking, dinner at the stray dog. Had a great time!
