Features plenty of room for children needing enclosed grounds for games and play. In the back yard is a beautiful salt water pool ranging from 3 to 8 feet. With plenty of furniture in the surrounding yard for entertaining. Built in the 1930's and recently remodeled while retaining all of its original charm the main house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with Mexican pavers and open beam ceilings throughout. The Casita offers a shower/bath, 1 King bed and 2 twin trundle bed with kitchenette, seating area and private patio. Enjoy full service entertaining in this charming and well stocked kitchen. Featuring: Sub-Zero Refrigeration, Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, and appliances with place settings for 20 guests. Lovely property, with a great layout. Kitchen totally equipped right down to a plethora of spices. At least one bed was a little iffy, that is, uncomfortable, in the bedroom behind the kitchen. The pool was awesome and the casita very roomy. All in all a fantastic stay! Highly recommend for a girls weekend or family stay.
We did have to fill out a lease agreement in addition to the VRBO listing. It was confusing but we worked through it...

Everything was perfect. The locations were within walking distance of several places and a short drive to others. The process was organized and easy. The host was incredibly nice and responsive. The house itself was a dream. Everything matched the picture perfectly! Beds were comfortable, the place was clean and it was cute they had fresh fruit at the house. One of our favorite parts was the pool was heated!

Charming home and casita with wonderful pool for relaxing with the whole family. Excellent location to walk to town and restaurants. Kimberly was a very responsive property manager. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely, clean, quiet home. We loved the large backyard pool area. We loved the location of the home in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. We loved that we were able to walk to town. My dog and I did a gorgeous 2 mile walk every morning that went by beautiful homes with a view of those magnificent pink mountains.

We had a girls’ weekend at this beautiful house, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The backyard was gorgeous, the house was spacious, and everything we needed was there - extra pillows, kitchen appliances, even condiments in the fridge!
The only thing I’d say was a downside is that some of the rooms are pretty dark - the lighting could be improved. But that’s definitely not a dealbreaker…we’d 1000% return! The neighborhood is gorgeous and super walkable. Property manager was kind and responsive, too.

Beautiful house!
We had a girls’ weekend at this beautiful house, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The backyard was gorgeous, the house was spacious, and everything we needed was there - extra pillows, kitchen appliances, even condiments in the fridge!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Casa MAGDELENA. Kimberly was friendly and greeted us at check in to walk us through each room. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds and pillows comfortable, the pool area such an oasis. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back! We rented ebikes one day and rode around the little town. On another day we drove to Joshua tree to hike. The house is well stocked w games and we played scrabble each night. So fun! Even our teens enjoyed the games and the pool area!
Our only issue (nothing major) was that The bbq needs replacing or to be cleaned out as the flames 🔥 were exceptionally high. Kimberly was very responsive. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. Thank you Casa MAGDELENA you didn’t disappoint.

Dreamy vacation
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Casa MAGDELENA. Kimberly was friendly and greeted us at check in to walk us through each room. The home is very nice and the location cannot be beat if staying near Palm Springs. Very short walk to all the great restaurants in North Palm Springs yet a very quiet neighborhood. The pool was better than the pictures and used every day. Kitchen well stocked and equipped and the property manager Kimberly Pike was very, very responsive and helpful. Three different sets of family and friends joined us during the month and everyone was pleased with the house, property and location. We have checked diligently and don't believe there is a better rental anywhere in this area of Palm Springs. Tim

On a quiet, pretty street yet very close to restaurants and places we wanted to go. January had warmed up into the 70's. Just right. Esther and Kimberly responded quickly to requests and questions. This property has a lovely home and outdoor space in a great location. Each room is beautiful in itself, with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The pool was warm and the outdoor areas were comfortable. The casita was perfect for visiting guests (we were tempted to stay in there ourselves!). The Keurig was broken so we bought a new one and took it home. The casita is very nice but the TV doesn’t have a fire stick so it was pretty much useless. Enjoyed our stay but would not return.

This beautiful home worked out perfectly for our family, with plenty of rooms (along with the Casita, which was taken by our teens). Had an amazing stay, house was beautiful, plenty of room. Location was amazing super secluded and quiet. Only down fall was it was so hot outside the pool felt like a jacuzzi and the rooms were warm and stuffy. Other than that it was an amazing little castia that I would stay at again.
