Other things to note
We take great care to preserve the peaceful character of our home and neighborhood so every guest can enjoy a relaxing stay. To help us do that, we aren't able to accommodate pets, parties, or events.
For the safety and security of our guests, neighbors, and property, all overnight guests and visitors must be included on the reservation and rental agreement.
Please note:
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required before your stay.
Owner Storage: A few closets are locked and reserved for the owners' personal belongings.
Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras are installed around the property for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the home.
Pet Allergies: While guest pets are not permitted, the owners occasionally bring their own dogs and cats to the property. As a result, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment for guests with pet allergies.
Working Vineyard: One of the special experiences of staying here is being surrounded by a working vineyard. If you visit during harvest season (typically September or October), you may have the opportunity to watch the grape harvest. During harvest, vineyard work may occasionally take place overnight, as is common in Wine Country. Harvest dates vary each year based on the vineyard's schedule, making it a unique surprise for guests visiting at that time.
Property Maintenance: To keep the property in excellent condition, gardeners, pool and spa technicians, vineyard crews, winery representatives, and other service professionals may occasionally access the grounds during your stay. They work outdoors only and strive to minimize any disruption.
