The first floor includes a living room with a very large Pottery Barn sofa, a 48” smart TV, and new wood floors; a dining room with a new chandelier, dining table and chairs; the kitchen includes a new microwave, new plates, new glasses, new flatware and under-cabinet lighting. The second floor includes a master bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite bath and walk-in closet, a new rug and a 42” smart TV; a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a new rug and 42” smart TV, and a full bath; the third floor includes 2 double beds, a large closet and a 43" smart TV. All bedding throughout is fresh and new. In the basement there is a washer and dryer, a ping pong table, a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking and 2 portable tables-in-a-bag for beach or patio use. There is a Pack 'n Play with sheets and a high chair in case you have a little one. Outside, there is a patio area for relaxing in beach chairs and enjoying a barbecue. There is also central air-conditioning, floor fans and high speed wireless internet. There are plenty of good books and games for rainy days or relaxing evenings. This condo has been furnished and equipped to provide comfort and ease, ensuring a memorable stay on one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
