Thank you soo much for hosting us Kenny! Kenny greeted us at the condo promptly once we arrived. It was very welcoming! His hospitality was friendly and warm, he gave us a guided “how to” of the condo and property. The pictures represent exactly what Kenny has to offer. Cute, cozy and a bright space! It offers a huge closet for ALL the clothes, and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals. The patio is great sipping a morning coffee with open views of the mountains. The pool! was soo great! We enjoyed how it felt more private as it was not busy. It also has two hot tubs on opposite sides of the pool. It is an easy 15 min walk to downtown (or stumble home) make sure to walk Indian Canyon Dr. We can’t want to come back to Palm Springs, and when we do, Kenny will be our host! Everything was perfect. If you are into eccentricity, drive to Slab City and Bombay Beach…mind blowing! Have a cold one at the Ski Inn….IYKYN Thanks Kenny for hosting a us! Denise & Alex

Kenny is a top rated host. He met me when I arrived and even carried some things up the stairs for me. The property looked exactly as pictured. You have everything you need to have a great stay. The property is conveniently located to downtown Palm Springs. The pool is quite nice. I was staying while waiting for a property to close. The closing was delayed. I reached out to Kenny who was traveling in Europe to ask if I could extend. He was able to accommodate me and did so while traveling. I am very grateful I chose to rent this property.

My husband and I stayed for nearly a week at this super cute condo near downtown! Kenny was super responsive - he met us when we checked in and went over everything which was great. We LOVED how clean the unit was and how quiet the pool area was. Nice kitchen, great balcony and just a fun vibe to the whole space. We highly recommend staying here!

We took our two shelties and were able to walk them on the grass area. They could run from one end to another. The condo was clean and comfortable and relaxing on the porch in the morning was very nice. We recommend this location for a short or long stay.

The property was in a perfect location. It was well within walking distance to the downtown area. The property was extremely clean and provided a very nice swimming pool perfect for taking a cool swim on a hot day.

The place was perfect location! Could walk to the main street if you wanted or a quick uber and youre there! The pool was perfect and a fun place to meet other visitors and residents. Kenny made it easy to check in, would have walked us in, but our flight was later so sent easy directions with pictures.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kenny's condo in Biarritz. The condo is lovely, great location and lots of space. Kenny was an excellent host and very responsive. A perfect extended weekend for us with lots of great restaurants in close proximity.

The apartment is well-equipped with everything we needed. It is within walking distance to the downtown area which is convenient for shopping and dining out. The weather was a bit cool while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the pool, just the hot tub. Quiet, convenient, and relaxing.

Everything was as advertised. Kenny met us and made sure everything was perfect and gave us lots of great ideas for things to do. Close to shopping. Would stay there again.

We had a lovely stay! Kenny made the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. The condo is as pictured. While we were there the pool/hot tub area were quiet with only a few other people. The property is conveniently situated, close to food/restaurants etc.

Close to downtown and easy to get around. Unit was clean and situated to enjoy mountain views. The pool was wonderful and very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

We came to Palm Springs to celebrate our anniversary. We had a wonderful time. The condo was just perfect, had everything one could need. It was very clean and styled beautifully. Perfect location, very close to downtown PS. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Palm Springs.

The location was ideal for us! The property is well maintained, the pool was perfect. The condo was clean, well decorated and inviting. I immediately feel in the love with the view from the balcony but it’s the property owner that really set the bar here. The property owner met us there and provided us with the small details. Mid stay a random act of nature occurred and I called the owner and he was extremely responsive and immediately sprung into the action and by morning!!! Issue resolved. This is truly the art of customer service. We are already planning our next stay at this property, thank you for having us Kenny!

Overall the condo definitely suite our needs, and would recommend it to single or couples staying in Palm Springs. The highlights are the nice view, AC, comfortable layout/furniture, and designated covered parking. We found the unit comfortable for our 4 nights stay, and cooked most days. Kenny was fairly responsive and answered our questions within reasonable time. The condo was a great base for exploring Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, and the surrounding area. Some things to know when booking this unit: The unit is on the third floor with no elevator access. It was not a huge problem for us (a couple expecting a baby), but if you are concerned about stairs or are bringing heavy luggage just be mindful. Another expected surprise/challenge we had during our stay was the surroundings. The unit is very walkable to the main commercial strip (Palm Canyon Drive), the area around the condo gets extremely dark and empty at night. There is at least one street that lacks lighting completely, and one large abandoned lot around that is not developed so has no sidewalk or lights. In general the neighborhood feels fairly safe and pleasant, but I would recommend driving the super-short distance into town and parking your car in the many free parking garages/lots at night instead of walking back to the unit. Last but not least - the unit has wonderful appliances, but to be completely honest it lacks a welcoming touch. It came with all the pots, pans, serving utensils we needed. However, we ended up having to buy some essentials such as cooking oil, vinegar, and our own coffee. It seemed strange to have Keurig and coffee machines yet no "starter/welcome" bundle with essentials to help guests get settled in without immediately heading the grocery store for basics upon arrival. Overall, I would still recommend the unit to anyone looking for a clean and convenient unit, but just know that the experience feels more like a strict business transaction instead of a welcomed guest stay.

Absolutely perfect with two tiny exceptions that host is taking care of : bathroom sink very slow drain and patio screen being replaced. Nothing that bothered us at all. We will be back! Thanks!!!
