Beautiful townhouse but we had NO tv’s in the rooms. I had my elderly in-laws that live to watch their tv when resting in their rooms. Also the kitchen and bathrooms had ants. A lot of cobwebs and carpet around the kitchen was dirty. The microwave was not working right. The door to the microwave you had to old on order for it to work. I also contact the owners about the TV and they guy came and said all the cable cords were gone and he said he had two cables but the cable guy will need to come and nobody ever came even the maintenance guys never bought the two cables he stated he had. This was not good service.

The location and property are beautiful. It was spacious and accommodated our family comfortably. Just a couple of items that I would suggest need remedy - the microwave would not operate unless someone was holding the door shut. The mattress in the upstairs master sinks on the headboard side making it uncomfortable. Otherwise, fantastic place!

Very gorgeous stay
The house was better than the pictures. Location is very convenient. The house itself is clean and very nice. Only downside is hottub is communal so was shutdown for Covid, but I know that is unavoidable.

Great Unit, just a few loose ends
Nice large unit, well appointed kitchen, nice common area. Only things missing: pictures of each room on the listing. While it's easy to phone the hosts, the messaging on the app didn't allow for a prompt response. They did not respond to one of my emails. When I did call them, they were quite response. Definitely recommended.

WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
This condo has great features(large kitchen/comfortable living space), but it is in need of updating and TLC. (For example, the blinds in the dining room were missing the wands last year and have not been fixed)(Several of the kitchen drawers are in need of massive organization-owner must not stay in his place)
Most impactful was the unresponsiveness of the management company. Here are some examples:
-called in advance to ensure we had plenty of propane for grill and the nearest jacuzzi was working...they said they were to busy to check)
-WiFi - never worked even after numerous calls
-Wash clothes - there was not 1 wash cloth available...when I called the management company, she blamed it on the owner
-jacuzzi - the key that was available in the condo did not open the gate because it had been replaced by a code box and management team was unaware.
Bottom line...it was the most unresponsive, inhospitable management team. To the owner and head of the management company, feel free to contact me

Great for large group and kids
Brought a large group of boys and dads to mountain bike, fish, and hike for a late October respite before the snow starts falling. Couldn’t have been more fun, and t rental was a great choice. The kitchen has everything needed for nightly meals, the complex’s jacuzzi was nice and hot, and the location allowed for multiple rides to terminate right in the neighborhood. Will likely rent again.

Great place to stay with a few small issues
First off, would I stay here again? Yes absolutely. Great house in an excellent location. However there was little to no hot water until the water heater got turned up. Even then it was only slightly warmer. Cold showers are no fun! Second, the AC was garbage. Turned it on to cool the house in the day but it never got cool. Opening all the windows at night fixed this problem but during mid day it was a bit stuffy in there. Other then that we had a blast and loved the place.

This condo really needs a remodel
We have stayed in this layout condo before and really appreciated the big open space-great room effect in the upstairs. However, this unit is not well maintained, it has numerous broken features--such as a bathroom door that doesn't lock so the owner just install a hook to hold the door shut. Doubt it has been repainted since it was built, and it is just dirty. Showers were not cleaned and the towels were stained. We will not rent there again; however, the floor plan is great for large gatherings. Try another unit with the same floor plan.

The house was good for our family gathering. Large and roomy. Kitchen well supplied. View and windows were spectacular. The views and location were beautiful.

Enjoyed it!
Place is lived in (looks like it’s rented a lot) but it’s well appointed. It has everything you could ever need in the kitchen, slow cookers, instapots, everything. Location is excellent, views are beautiful, and it’s very spacious. We would stay here again.

Amazing place for a getaway with friends
This house was perfect for our group of 9ppl with kids. The bunk beds were a hit and the pool table was the perfect attraction! Everybody could hang out in the huge living room. The kitchen and BBQ were awesome we made several gourmet meals. Definitely want to book again for next year spring break!

Terrific condo that is well suited for a larger group
Spacious kitchen that was well equipped. The living room was cozy yet spacious and nice fireplace. The dining room was very comfortable for 7 of us and offered nice views. The king bedrooms had very comfortable beds and ample space for clothing. The two bunk rooms were functional. Excellent linens and towels. All the bathrooms had nice showers and nice vanity space. Housekeeping did a terrific job and place was spotless. Garage was large enough for 2 big vehicles. Closest jacuzzi was not working.

Spacious condo
This unit is the same layout as one we have rented in the past. Given our space needs (10 people), it is a great layout. My family goes to Mammoth every summer and we rent several units due to the number of people. This unit is great for gathering in the evening for dinner and games. We really like staying at Snowcreek because of the openness, location, and visits by local wildlife (mainly deer).
The kitchen is well-stocked and there is lots of space at the bar and dining table. Having two master suites is nice with adult couples. The furniture on the living level is comfortable and has plenty of seating with the oversized chairs and corner unit sofa.
Ample, comfy beds in the 5 bedrooms so no need to have people sleep on sofas or air mattresses.
This particular unit could use a little bit of attention. The lighting could use an upgrade and some of the lamps were not working. The TV in the great room doesn't have great service (no hi-def channels) but there was Netflix and Amazon Prime.
We enjoyed the stay and hope the unit gets a little TLC.
