The apartment also has air con / central heating, wifi and the building has an elevator and wheelchair access. Permit number HUTB-(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) The apartment is situated in a beautiful and tree lined street very close to Plaza Universidad which itself is only a 5 minutes walk to Placa Catalunya. There is a metro station a 3 minute walk from the building and the airport bus stops right across the road from the apartment which is handy for those taking the Aerobus. Due to its central location, the apartment is within walking distance of many of Barcelonas more popular attractions. There is a large and well stocked fruit and vegetable shop right below the apartment and a large supermarket around the corner. For those that like the market experience Sant Antoni market is just a short walk from the apartment building and the barrio is serviced by numerous quaint cafes and some very good restaurants.
