Its location is wonderful, right next to 'El Rastro', the most famous street market in Spain. Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor and all main attractions of Madrid are very close to our apartment, which is the perfect starting point to discover Madrid! In the renovation of the accommodation, the original characteristics of the construction, such as wooden beams, have been respected. Charming Ribera de Curtidores, as its name suggests, is located on the same street Ribera de Curtidores, one of the most authentic areas of the city.This apartment has a capacity for 4 people with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed.The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven and microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, kitchen tools, plates, glasses, cutlery, glasses, etc.The bathroom, with a beautiful design, has a bucket at ground level.Among the amenities of the apartment we also find: Free Wifi, air conditioning and heating, bedding, towels and free toiletries.Right next to the apartment there is another one with the same characteristics, ideal if you are a group of more than 4 people, being able to communicate with each other through an interior door. THE AREA Many antiques shops, bars and restaurants are located on the same street as the apartment. You can not miss 'El Rastro' on Sundays, a big street market that runs through all the streets of the area.Puerta del Sol is only 10 minutes walking and the Plaza Mayor only 5 minutes. HOW TO MOVE The nearest metro station is La Latina (line 5), only 5 minutes away (walking distance). THE FINE PRINT - Cots for rent are available for €30/stay. Please remember to request it by contacting the host prior to your arrival. - Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. - Bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar parties cannot be held in this accommodation. - For reservations of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas consumption bills are the responsibility of the guest.- PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LOCATION BELOW IS UNDER RENOVATION AND THERE MAY BE NOISE DURING THE DAY.

Clean, spacious and well located apartment, right in the center of the city. Dishwashing liquid, pepper and salt and all were missing, otherwise the apartment is very well equipped. The wifi worked very well and definitely made our stay very confortable. The A/C was a must have.
