This studio-style condo offers two to four guests a full coastal experience in a single living space. The space even comes equipped with a small kitchen with all the important appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster - a perfect place to cook fresh seafood favorites! Sleep soundly in the queen bed, with two futons for extra accommodations. A full bathroom is provided, as is a walk-in closet for ample storage space. And there's plenty of seating to choose from, between the dining table, the dinette, the bed, and the living room furnishings. Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area. Skype loved ones or post photos to social media with WiFi in the common area on the first floor, and stay fit in a fitness room. Soak up the sun on the sundeck, or head out to the beach for surfing, sandcastle building, or beachcombing. Within steps of Florida's gleaming beaches, fantastic nightlife, and dining, this efficiency condo is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family to share while they explore Florida's Gulf Coast. This condo is close to restaurants, bars, shops, and the Signal Hill Golf Course for a day out on the greens - and don’t forget the beach right outside! Some of our favorite activities are sports fishing, hiking in St. Andrews State Park, and walking to Dee's Hang Out for some crab cakes and Cajun remoulade. THINGS TO KNOW A $20 amenity fee is required upon check-in at the front desk. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 8. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. I loved everything about these condos! The wonderful breeze through the hallways and balconies. There were so many private/not private special sitting places all around the pool! You can branch off from the crowd and sit with a group and chit chat. The pool was spacious enough for everyone! So close to the ocean! There was a snack bar, concession vending machines, ice machine, etc. the condo was super clean and looked exactly like the picture. It was the best vacation of my life! I will going back repeatedly year after year!

We loved our rental. It was clean and fully stocked (other than coffee filters for the coffee pot). It was quiet (we did come in Sept though). Quick access to the pool and beach.

The property was really nice, tastefully decorated. 818 was very clean with lots of space to move around in. Kitchen area was efficient, adequately stocked with items to cook with, and eat from. Bathroom very clean and well supplied with towels, wash cloths and hand towels. Extra toilet tissue was available if needed. Shower worked good too. The Gulf view was limited but not horrible. Overall I was extremely satisfied. Property staff was welcoming and friendly. Not one complaint to be said about them!! Will definitely be back🙂

When viewing the pics of the condo we thought we were in for a treat with the futons and bed. Could not be further from the truth. The bed was as hard as the floor. One futon had a split in it. The other was hard and uncomfortable. The door lock did not lock at first. The entire first day it would not stay locked. The kitchen was straight out of 1950. During a rain, the hallway outside of the condo was ankle deep in water. The pool and beach were nice. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely disappointed especially for the cost of the rental.

Very deceiving … $48 per night turned into $157.00 and was absolutely not worth it. Spend your $$ on a full service hotel where you can face the water, get a cup of coffee and not see 20 year old furniture.

So when I had my wife contact the property to check on amenities/toiletries we were told 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel and one set of towels/rags but there was a coin operated laundry on site if more towels needed ... Got to room there was 3 rolls of tp and 2 paper towel and ample set of lines for showers (we stayed 4 days) ... Umm the room was your typical studio apartment it was a little outdated but I just need a crash pad and shower so it worked fine

I had to get another hotel room for my daughter, grandbaby, and cousin. The lights did not work properly and ac was very loud in all it was horrible. The security guard at the front was absolutely rude and I could never get intouch with the property manager or owner of the condo about this matter.
