Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 6. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We really enjoyed the size, decor and amenities the unit had. The location was good enough to access others locations but far from most restaurants. We would have enjoyed the beach view but there wasn’t availability on that side.

Room is exactly as pictured and was very nice & clean when we arrived. The only issues we had were that we were never given a parking gate access code. When I called to ask what the code was they gave me the wrong code. So we had to hunt down the hotel security to get back in. We were also never able to connect the wifi in the room. And the thermostat is set to 72 and cannot be changed. Got a little hot at night. Bed was very firm. And the shower is very slick! And doesnt drain good. Could benefit from putting some kind of nonslip shower mat in it. Overall we enjoyed our stay though.

I will never use Vacasa again, their customer service was AWFUL. The lady I talked with on the phone stated, I really can’t help you, it’s almost 5:00 pm, I’m getting off work, check-in was 4:00 pm. Vacasa SUCKS

While we were hoping for a pool view or oceanfront balcony, we were very pleased with the location of this apartment on the backside of the building. You can get a view of the ocean from the end of the balcony and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony. The unit was clean and comfortable. We hope to be able to book this or a similar unit again next year.

Great location and easy access to so much shopping and entertainment. Also, we were amazing to get a notification that early check in was available for our unit. We never gotten such a notification ever . We would definitely stay at this property again .

This condo has everything you need in order to have an amazing vacation. It's got a kitchen filled with all of the dishes for your cooking needs, a laundry room, which we found very useful and convenient for our wet swimsuits and towels, and a balcony that you can enjoy your morning coffee on, not to mention that the place is very clean and the location is great. The entry code meant everything to us; you don't have to worry about losing your typical room keys or cards. The foam mattress in the bedroom is also super comfortable, note to ourselves: "Buy the same one when we get home!" Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and family.

We loved this condo! This is our second year in a row to come to Origin. This condo is beautifully decorated. There is a view of the ocean and you can see the Ferris Wheel at Pier Park! Would definitely return!

The property looks like the pictures, the only confuse thing is the parking lot, you need to park in the west parking and the first moment is a little bit weird to find that spot. 100% recommend!

We stayed for a week for our World Series Tournament and couldn't have been happier! The condo was super clean and quiet. Everything worked and the washer/dryer in the unit was a Godsend. Wish I could afford to rent this condo at least once a quarter! :)

My husband and I stayed a glorious 5 nights and enjoyed every second. The condo was clean when we arrived. SUPER spacious. Yes, there are only two elevators...they can take a bit. BUT NOT A MAJOR CONCERN. There are also stairs. Parking was no issue. I can see what everyone says about the tighter spaces, but there is also overflow with larger ones. ALL of the condos in the area have a similar parking situation. Security was SUPER friendly and quite helpful at the loading/unloading area in front of condo. SUPER CLOSE WALK to everything on Front Beach road. If there was anything negative, it would be that the "fitted" mattress sheet was not fitted and a regular flat sheet. BUT Again, NOT a big deal. WILL STAY AGAIN.

Condo was roomy, clean and nicely decorated. Appeared to be freshly painted and have new furniture. There is not an ocean view as it states in amenities. The balcony faces inland and is above a big air conditioning unit so it was really loud out there. A big plus was that you can see the Skywheel at Pier Park lit up at night. I appreciated that towels and linens were provided. Our biggest issue (which wasn't the rooms fault) was that the normal beach access was closed due to construction at The Reef (the building across the street). Typically, beach access is a short, direct, walk across the street from the building but it was closed. We had to walk around to the right of Sharkey's Restaurant to access the beach, which was less than ideal. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The condo overall was beatiful and clean. However, the dishes were filthy. The bed in master bedroom was extra firm...basically it felt like plywood. The unit lack clear instructions. It also lacked enough pots, pans and utinsels. The unit did not have enough blankets or pillows. The wrist bands were horrible. The bands were uncomfortable and had to be cut off. The garage parking was poorly designed.

We stayed 4 nights in a 1 bedroom condo with 2 kids. There were 2 pull-out sofas. The condo is in a great location to the beach & restaurants. We will be coming back to rent from here again. It was easy to check-in & check out
