Friendly staff and very nice free coffee next to the reception. The hotel is relatively close to the city center and we could also park our car in their garage.
Room had everything, but it was a little small.

Good value for the price, good location, simple but satisfactory room. Free coffee/tea in the lobby. Hot water in the shower. Good blackout curtains in room.
Check-in was extremely slow, and I didn't want to have to do the check-in process online which maybe could have speeded things up. No hand towel in the bathroom. There was an outlet in the bathroom, but it was difficult to find.

Stylish hotel near the airport. Restaurant had good options for dinner. The room was comfortable if not small.

It was convenient and staff was helpful. It was very comfortable chilling at the lounge.
Unfortunately I had an issue with my reservation as it was not found in Ibis system although it was booked and paid in advance via Booking. Check in was after midnight and it was settled after an hour of communication. After that, I requested for a partial compensation due to the reservation issue but it has still not been solved after more than a month. It was difficult to reach both Booking and Ibis to resolve the matter. Case is still open.
