Lovely room to stay in, beautiful views from the window. Close to Keswick with loads of dinner options. Breakfast was great, kept us going all day.

Spotlessly clean. Well organised. Great breakfast with lovely view from dining room. Loved the afternoon cakes on arrival!
Window blind in bedroom hard to adjust. Low ceiling in part of attic bedroom.

Well placed in Braithwaite for pubs and restaurants. Clean and warm. Good fried breakfast with choice of items.
Last breakfast served at 08.15 and quite inflexible. While fried breakfast was good, other items were mundane: sliced bread for toast, no fresh bread. Limited fresh fruit. Weak coffee (even the Italian blend). With a full house, dining room quite crowded.
