Experienced a wonderful Thanksgiving stay! The condo was in a perfect location to enjoy all the town’s sights and shopping. It is exactly as pictured with a high-end comfortable decor. Ken was a great host, taking a very personal approach. He was easy to contact.

The location of this property is where you want to be if you visit Nantucket. It's right next to all the cute inns, shops, and the best restaurants. You can walk to all these places too. But if you decide you want to rent a bike or car, the hosts make it easy with their parking spot! Not to mention they have a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for you to use.
The apartment itself is super cozy. It's smaller but what more do you need when you visit the island? You're not going to be inside all day! It's everything you need in a home base while still being a place you'd love to watch a movie in.
The hosts are detail oriented and attentive. They want you to have a great time when you visit and it shows. They stayed available for clarifications/questions. They have a great binder that overviews all their recommendations and activities you can do on the island.
I highly recommend this place for your next Nantucket getaway!

We rented mopeds and were able to easily explore all other sides of the island. The place was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring (bonus points for the comfy bed and AC!). Ken was extremely hospitable during our stay, and even let us leave our luggage on our last day past check-out time, letting us enjoy our last day with a later ferry home. I highly recommend this spot, the location is unbeatable and the Born and Bread cafe across the street is not to miss! Can't wait to return again!

Lovely, updated 2 room apartment in Nantucket town. My husband and I loved our stay in this beautiful place! The location is great and don't really even need a car. We rode our bikes all around the island and discovered some beautiful areas.

Great location with parking walk anywhere you want to go. plenty of places to eat nearby and a bakery for breakfast and coffee directly across the street. Condo was clean and adequate. Bathroom could use update but is workable.
