Everything was better than expected, the staff helped with every question, my room was tidied twice a day, the air conditioning was a relief from outside, the tv played my Netflix! 1 min to the Main Street. Just everything I wanted and more!

Location is great, breakfast amazing (best coffee in Ecuador), Staff super helpful. Rooms cozy and very clean, I felt very much at home.

The location was excellent! Property was well maintained. Felt very secure. The room was clean. The bed was comfy and linens nice and soft.The staff was excellent! They packed us a breakfast to go on an early tour day. Breakfast was great and made day trips easy to get to with a full tummy! Any request we had was quickly taken care of.
The bathroom tiles were very slippery. Providing a squeegee to easily get rid of water from the shower would add a level of safety. We slipped a couple of times. The towels could be upgraded to meet the cost of the room. They were a bit rough. Perhaps consider adding other ways to hang watersports wet clothing at the end of the day. We got creative and made it work, but surely there is a more permanent solution. These are truly just suggestions. We had a fabulous stay and would return again.
