Sehr gut. Alles da, was man gebraucht hat. Sehr positiv: jedes Schlafzimmer hat ihr eigenes Bad.
Besitzerin ist überaus freundlich und bemüht.
Kein Warmwasserhahn in der Küche.
Wenn man ankommt, ist man durstig. Eine Flasche Wasser als willkommen wäre schon gut.

L'accueil, la taille du logement très confortable, la disponibilité du personnel, leur conseil sur les sorties et leur aide pour les organiser, le petit déjeuner différent chaque matin bref on était au top.
Le réseau wifi était un peu lent selon les enfants, mais est ce que l'on vient aux Galapagos pour internet ?

The condo was large and beautiful. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bath. Breakfast was delicious and the hot tub was nice at the end of the day. Free snorkeling gear was a bonus!
The hosts did not speak English and there was confusion about the price. I had confirmed that we would not have to pay VAT, but when we arrived, I was told that if we used a credit card, we would have to pay the 15% VAT (which seems excessive). I did not have enough cash, so had to borrow some, then go to the ATM the next day. If I had been told in advance, I could have decided whether to collect more money from the group OR bring enough cash.

El alojamiento estaba bien ubicada cerca del centro, a un simple paseo. El desayuno estaba rico. Verónica era amable y se adaptó a nuestros horarios para disponer de desayuno aunque fuera muy temprano
Todas las instalaciones estaban faltas de mantenimiento. Un sitio claramente venido a menos y en el que las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad actual. Había objetos abandonados diferentes sitios, sillones rotos en descansillos de la escalera, maceteros sin plantas. La limpieza no era buena: las sábanas tenían manchas, las escaleras estaban sucias, el fregadero tenía manchas de cal y el tapón estaba roto. Pedí un secador de cabello pues en la información ponía que cada habitación disponía de uno y no me lo trajeron hasta el día siguiente.
