Great location!

The property was in a great location, right by the trailhead of Tortuga Bay and also by Laguna de Ninfas, also very short walk to the center of Puerto Ayora. The pool and hot tubs were great. Overall the hotel was good.

The breakfast needs improvement. The juice was watered down and the food was bland.

A nice hotel to stay with friends or family!

The location was great, 5 minutes walk to the city center and 30 minutes to the Playa Tortuga. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable.

My sister and I traveled from Quito for a short break.

The location suited us very well. It is is near the port, Charles Darwin Main Street, and the entrance to Tortuga Bay. However it is on a quiet street. The pool is well kept, and the garden is beautifully colourful..

There really was nothing to dislike..

We were happy to find this gem of a place for our stay on Santa Cruz.

Friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed free and delicious breakfast in open air breakfast area. Lovely swimming pool. With all the flowering shrubs and trees it felt like our private oasis.

beautiful staff, great breakfast, stunning facility

beautiful pool and hot tub area, location was close to the pier but far enough that you didn’t hear the noise of the strip, hotel staff were always helpful and went above and beyond, Alexandria booked our day trips and was amazing, the hotel even gave us box lunches when we were too early to make breakfast!!

bed was a little uncomfortable, but not terrible, just not what I am used to at home.

Great base for our Galapagos adventure

Excellent staff - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable - lots of pre trip support and good info in resort. Great location - close to Tortuga Bay walking route and 3 to 4 minutes into town and the main street for bars, restaurants, shops and of course wildlife. Lovely pool / hot tub area.

Rooms are comfortable but compact particularly if staying a few days and travelling with a bit of luggage.

A good option if you don't want to go for the high-tiered hotels

Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff and the location in perfect (a couple blocks from main street but very quiet). The pool and jacuzzi area is a bonus!

The safety box didn't work and the hotel staff was not able to fix it. In general, being Galapagos an expensive travel destination, the price versus what you get is a good deal for the Islands, but overpriced for what you get in Quito

Very welcoming and friendly, well located, modest but very comfortable

If what you want is a friendly, well-positioned, convenient place to stay then this hotel will definitely meet those needs. The photos online accurately show the facilities. It’s modest but really comfortable. A five minute walk from the main town with available table tennis and pool by the pool but most importantly the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We thought we had left a pair of trousers once we had checked out and Raphael, who worked on the front desk, went over and above to try and locate find them. It turned out they were in a different location but he also texted to see if we have been successful finding once we had left. We will be very happy to stay here again if ever we have the opportunity to come back.

Beautiful hotel with courtyard and very nice pool and the largest hot tub (spa) I've ever seen. Breakfast was awesome and the staff were great. Internet was good even in the rooms.

Rooms were small and had the bare minimum. Not any character. Bar closed down early and lights went out early so you couldn't really hang out there later in evening (this may due to lack of staff due to COVID maybe).

I don't understand why this hotel isn't a 9.5. Super service, excellent location, fantastic breakfast, amazing pool. Yes it's a bit pricey but absolutely perfect for families.

great common area with pool etc. the staff were so lovely and helpful and even organized a breakfast box for us when we

the floor was sticky and the room was very stuffy, it felt like it hasn’t been aired out in a while . also our room door scraped along the floor making a very unpleasant sound.

Nice stay

We liked the breakfast and the pool area. There is a ping pong table and a billiard table. We had a lot of fun there. The staff was extremely friendly. Rooms get cleaned every day. Location is very good.

The billiard table is a little bit dirty and should be cleaned more often. Very expensive for little rooms.
