Odd that I was asked to pay bar bills in cash and had to pay food separate from drink. Paid by card in the end but very faffy

High quality hotel with excellent location close to town. We booked the included the breakfast in our booking and were wonderfully surprised to find a great buffet style breakfast with all sorts of food selection!
The hotel boasts a pool with a deck and chairs close by for those who wish to watch their kids. Nice layout of the property and the beds and pillows were amongst the first comfortable beds we slept in across three islands. We booked this hotel at the last night and due to our arrival did not have a chance to use the pool. If you don’t think you would use the pool I would book elsewhere as it was the most expensive place we stayed. However, if you are looking for a comfortable, clean, well-staffed hotel for a couple of nights at the end of your stay it would probably be worth it.
With the exchange rate from Canadian to American dollars, one night with breakfast included cost just under $400 for a family suite. One night splurge is ok, but more nights would have become too expensive for us.

Bit unsure how to rate this hotel. Staff excellent, especially the lovely smiles from breakfast syaff every morning. Good location and lovely facilities however we had a series of mishaps leaving with a poor experience.
Unfortunately we had a pretty poor experience for a hotel of this quality. Hot water had to be turned on 5+ minutes to arrive Blocked toilet day 1. No housekeeping (they appeared to forget our room) until we pointed this out the following day. 2nd night our air-conditioning was broken & unable to be looked at until the next day - which we had to follow up on as message from previous evening staff was not passed on.
