We're positive you'll find this to be an enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable home away from home. Here you'll find something for everyone, whether you're enjoying the breath-taking views of the majestic Tenmile Range, relaxing in the private hot tub, or simply snuggling up with your favorite movie playing on the big screen TV, a flickering fire in the fireplace, and a glass of fine wine. And that's before you even leave the property! The main level features a king primary suite with amazing mountain views, porch, ensuite 5-piece bath with jetted tub, and gas fireplace. There is a queen primary suite with an ensuite bath and flat screen TV and a crib. The third bedroom features 2 queen beds, ensuite bathroom, and TV. The upper level also features a primary bedroom with king bed along with ensuite bath and TV. There are also additional sleeping accommodations in the lower level family room with two queen sleeper sofas. Situated in the heart of ski country, you'll find the Breckenridge ski lifts only 10 minutes away. Copper Mountain, Keystone, Vail, A-Basin and Loveland ski resorts are all within a short drive. In the summer, you can be in the clubhouse of the 27-hole Jack Nicklaus' Signature Breckenridge Golf Club in just a few minutes. There are also numerous nearby hiking and mountain biking trails, including a trailhead to the famous Colorado Trail less than a mile from the house. Go white water rafting, explore an abandoned gold mine, zoom down a zip line suspended over 50 feet in the air, or stroll down the streets of town, where a multitude of quaint shops and restaurants are guaranteed to please. We enjoyed this place immensely!! We have three grown children with families of their own, and the way this home is designed, each family had their own space. I would most definitely come here again and recommend it to any and everyone!!

From the moment we arrive we felt at home. Location was very good, just a short way by car to the ski resort and Frisco Adventure Park. The house had everything we need!!! Definitely we will comeback next year.

The property was ideal for our family of 14 (we booked two other properties run by SkyRun to accommodate rest of our family) The property was large with enough beds, bedrooms and bathrooms. The condition of the property was overall quite good but there are some minor issues that SkyRun needs to address. Floor needs to be clean. Shoes are not allowed inside the property , so when you walk barefoot our feet got dirty. A good cleaning of the floors is needed. The property accommodates 14 people but the kitchen is not fully equipped, there were not enough plates for all of us. The coffee mugs are made of stoneware, the cup gets very hot when put in the microwave but the liquid stays at room temperature. Some of us burnt our hands when we tried to take the cups out of the microwave. They need enough mugs for 14 people and of better quality. They need more cooking utensils and no mittens for handling hot dishes were available. Not enough sheets and towels for 14 guests. No dishwashing soap. We had to use the dishwasher detergent to hand wash the large dishes. One of the half bath near the front door was clogged. The front door was not usable so we had to use the garage door for going in and out. These minor issues do not detract from the vastness and beauty of the property and all the facilities it offers for a large group. Our 8 grandkids had a ball staying here. I highly recommend this for a large group. I would have rated it 5 stars but for these minor issues that can be easily fixed.

We have stayed at this property in the past, but in the year since we had been there, the house had taken some abuse. Also, the ice maker was not working, hot pads were missing, lots of kitchen items that had been there in the past were gone. We loved the new patio set, and enjoyed our stay.

What's most striking about this property is the size - it's large and when it's time for your family to go in separate directions to chill out or, whatever, you'll be in entirely different wings of the property. That can be a wonderful thing. We had a very nice time and the property was a big part of that. Some feedback: The gas grill needs to go. The knobs don't work (you need to pull them off and use a knife/screwdriver to turn them) and it's just....old. Could use some more BTUs and modernization there. The two large LazyBoy chairs are broken and you WILL tip over and roll to the floor (albeit gently) if you lean back. They are comfy if you don't do this. It had snowed fairly recently and whoever was responsible for plowing the driveway and clearing the decks on the hot tub side did a half-ass job; no one wants to walk into snow and ice to get into a hot tub. Plus, it was icy and dangerous. Either the snow plow-guy or some yahoo spilled a considerable amount of oil on the driveway. I mean, enough to get you an EPA fine if caught. That lovely/smelly oil got on all of our shoes each time we got out of the car and we tracked that mess into the garage - had no choice - could not get it off. Some pots and pans have seen their best days. Time to let them go. The largest of them all has released enough non-stick metal into enough meals over years to make a chemical company blush.
