This was our second stay in this amazing house. It’s beautifully decorated, the view of town is incredible, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We hope to stay here on our next family vacation to Breckinridge.

The rental process was easy. The concierge was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very responsive when we had questions. Our family had an amazing ski vacation. The house is clean, beautiful and fun. The gathering spaces were awesome, and you also had individual space, if you wanted to be alone…… A red fox greeted us on the patio during our arrival. We got great pictures and we never saw him again. We would definitely rent this house again.

The home worked out perfectly for our group of 14. Multiple common spaces and large bedrooms were all well utilized. The property manager was super responsive and very friendly. There is a short walk to the lifts but is very manageable and makes for easy access coming off the mountain. You do need to drive into town as walking is a touch too far, especially with snow on the ground. We loved our stay and highly recommend this home to any large group of friends or family.

Amazing Home for Family Memories
This house is simply stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for a long overdue family get together. There's ample space for multiple adults and children, the home is full of amenities that make a vacation seamless and relaxing, and the view is one for the ages. Despite planning to use the trip to get out and explore, we spent most of the time at the home just enjoying the experience. If you're looking for a vacation you won't forget, make sure you reserve this home.

Wonderful ski-get away
We loved The Overlook and found ourselves wanting to just hang out in the house as much as we wanted to ski. There were only 5 of us, so we all had plenty of room to spread out and find places to claim as our own, but still come together for meals and games. This property is very well done and will not disappoint.

Best of the best!
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! My family and extended family and close family friend (14 of us total) spent the better part of our Christmas and New Year’s holiday season there. It was spectacular. Views were picture perfect. Home was big but so comfy and cozy. Every detail was just right. We’ve stayed in several homes over the years and without a doubt this is the absolute best home my family and I have been lucky enough to experience. Kitchen and deck grill were top-notch for cooking like a chef (or at least chef wannabe)! We hardly ate out because it was so enjoyable cooking in this kitchen. The bedrooms were impeccable - beds were so soft and comfy and rooms were quiet and private. Bathrooms were straight HGTV Dream Home style! Lots of activities in the basement/family room - pool table, bar, and video games - kept young and old happy and having fun when the days got a little too chilly! Speaking of chilly - you won’t experience that at all with the fireplaces and in-floor radiant heat. So toasty warm! And what a great hot tub! Kids loved the bunk room. Grandparents loved the comfy chairs and couches. Across the board - A+, #1, 5-star!! Don’t miss out on what I can only imagine is easily the best home in Breckenridge. Can’t wait to stay there again if we can!

Fabulous stay
This house was the perfect place to spend Thanksgiving with our family! We loved the fireplaces, beautiful grounds and views, and the suites, with their personal bathrooms. The kids had so much fun playing pool and on the arcade games (and the bunk room was great!) Even with 16 people in the house, there was so much room and we did not feel cramped. Looking forward to coming back sometime later in the ski season. Thank you!
