Situated in Nantucket, this charming house for $1,100 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Seven bedroom, 3.5 bath charming antique home with wide plank floorboards and other lovely period details. Located on side street parallel to upper Main Street. 4-minute walk to center of town. Sleeps 14. Window A/C units in most bedrooms. Large private side yard with relaxing glider-swing and lawn furniture. Back yard has private outdoor shower, gas grill and stone patio with outdoor dining table that seats 10 comfortably. Large updated family kitchen, spacious dining room and comfy living room with flat screen TV. New linens throughout. Second floor has king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, a triple twin bedroom, and a single twin bedroom. First floor has double twin bedroom and den with 2nd TV and day bed that pulls out to double-twin. Both TVs are HD with HBO and On Demand. Hi-speed Wi Fi. New washer/dryer. 10 beach chairs and 5 boogie boards. Great for two families.

We had a great stay and the home was prefect for our group of friends. The location to town could not be better, a quick walk to restaurants but still on a quiet street. We would definitely rent again!

Ideally located, the home is inviting and comfortable for a group of about 10. Large kitchen table, dining table, outside table, family room and lawn with chairs that each accommodate 10 easily. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots/pans, serving platters, dishes, etc. that you might need. We cooked in a couple nights and had a great time!
Casual and comfortable, the house shows its age, but that is not a concern. (However, if you are looking for updated with amenities - it's probably not the right fit). Bathrooms are a bit dated, but again, everything that one would need. Plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs. The host is super-gracious, so you can feel confident renting. I can't think of a better location for walking to town, without hearing the town noise. There is one very nice master bedroom, a reasonably large second bedroom, then the rest are smaller (so better for kids/family, rather than couple friends who might feel they didn't get one of the better bedrooms). Thank you to our host!

Couldn't Ask for More
Spent Memorial Day Weekend at this property and couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental. The "Old Nantucket" charm of this house is hard to do justice with words and pictures. We were oohing and ahhhing over it the minute we walked in. The location of the house was convenient to everything downtown and the ferry. Highly Recommended!

Great old house with lots of room for the family
We had a great time at 23 Liberty in Nantucket. It's a great old house with lots of early 1800's charm and fantastic quiet location a very short walk to the center of Nantucket town and all the shops and restaurants.
Plenty of bedrooms for the extended family and all were surprisingly quiet!
Beautiful side and backyard for relaxing, grilling and playing with our little grandchildren.

Great location, comfortable house.
I would absolutely recommend staying at 23 Liberty. Our group consisted of 12 people, though there are enough beds for 14. Rooms are large, there are a few without AC, but opening the windows made it very comfortable at night. Kitchen is stocked, beach towels are included, and the beach chairs / boogie boards were put to good use. Best part - you cannot beat the location. Easy walk into town, catch the shuttle to/from Cisco Brewery, and convenient access to the Wave.

Terrific Memorial Day Weekend on Nantucket
The home was absolutely perfect for our group. We were a large group of couples, although it would be a great home for families as well. The yard is quite large and well maintained, and was perfect for playing lawn games. The back deck area was perfect for grilling and made for some very nice outdoor dinners when the weather allowed. There is seating for 10 in the back area. The house was unexpectedly large, with 7 bedrooms that were very well spaced out, a large kitchen, and numerous common rooms to socialize. It gave us the ability to all come together but there was also enough privacy that people could sneak off for personal time, naps, and peace and quiet. The house was clean when we arrived and provided everything you could need including coolers, cooking supplies, and beach towels. The location is tremendous, 3 min walk from main street and plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores in the nearby downtown area. The street the house is on is very quiet and made for a nice morning walk as we went to get our coffees. Also only a 10 minute walk from both ferry locations. Tremendous stay overall and would definitely recommend.

Fabulous in every way!
Our trip was so great because of four factors:
1. The house was large enough for all of us to have our own "space", which is important to a family of six adults and two children. We each had room to spread out.
2. We were a block away from town, which was wonderful for all of us. There was always someplace to go or something to do, if one was looking for activity: nobody was ever "stuck" or trapped. I should add that we're a very close family, but maybe more so because we don't insist that everyone always be together.
3. The bathrooms, kitchen appliances, laundry appliances, and the outdoor shower ALL worked perfectly, AND they were all clean. EVERYTHING was clean! What a gift.
4. When we had a question or a problem (once we couldn't find a key, and once we blew a fuse), Eric picked up the phone when we called and walked us through the solutions. Quick, easy and responsive: problem solved.
I couldn't have asked for more for my family. It was an A+! Thank you, Eric!

Beautiful home that can fit larger parties/families! Plenty of space, beautiful outdoor area, and you can't beat the location only 5 minutes walking from downtown. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway home in Nantucket, wouldn't stay anywhere else!!

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Eric's property on Nantucket. The house is great for a large group of people. Charming antique qualities, but also updated where necessary (bathrooms, kitchen, etc.). You couldn't ask for a better location! 5 minute walk into town was ideal, particularly with no car. The house also has a wonderful outdoor space (large outdoor table, lawn space with chairs, wooden swing, etc.) - which we made great use of. Eric is very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend - thanks for a great weekend!

Great place for Memorial Day weekend
We had a great time at Eric's place on Nantucket on Memorial and will definitely be returning again soon! The property is located on a quiet street close to town. Pleasantly surprised at how new and antique charming the house was. We kept it full and for the people who had never been to Nantucket in our party, they were thrilled with the charm. Highly recommended.
