Cozy Corner in Paso is a newly refurbished 2BR/2BA home with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, comfortable furnishings and charming detailing. This home will serve as your perfect home base for downtown shopping, dining, wine tasting, and more, and is just two blocks from the Paso Robles Event Center (fairgrounds). Walk to everything the Mid-State Fair has to offer, a grocery store just a few short blocks away, and stroll to the park in the heart of downtown. This comfortable home features two queen bedrooms, one bedroom has an en suite bathroom, hall bathroom, side patio with BBQ, carport off-street parking for two stacked cars, and side yard with old growth trees. Brand new fire pit! Come settle in and get cozy! City Permit #STR19-0252. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. ***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Nice house in a transitional neighborhood. The house was fairly dark and could have used a bit more daylight. There is a basement with a light on that was a bit disconcerting - we should have been told about it. There was a domestic quarrel at the next door neighbor's property which freaked out my spouse. Otherwise, clean cozy and nice.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable! The only issue was:
We anticipated more of a fenced yard for pets. Very surprised the outdoor pet space was basically a concrete walkway and small sitting area.

Enjoyed our weekend trip with the kids and 2 small dogs ! Perfect cute little bungalow walking distance to downtown. No need to fight for parking.. it was a 10 minute stroll to the center of downtown. The house was very clean and well taken care of and we didn’t have any issues! Would definitely stay again, thank you!

This was our first trip to visit and stay in Paso Robles. We’ve driven through it plenty of times over the years, but never stayed or explored the area. When looking for a house to rent for our 4 day stay, I wanted a place that was clean, had solid reviews, was dog friendly and close to the downtown square area. My wife can be particular about staying in rental places, so I did my due diligence and reviewed multiple homes in Paso Robles. I ultimately settled on the “Cozy Corner.” It absolutely met my expectations, and my wife loved it. As stated by other reviewers, the house is nice; it is updated (nice flooring throughout, granite countertops, etc.), very clean and well organized. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well furnished and there are plenty of towels in the bathrooms and extra pillows on the beds. The management company was super responsive in fixing a minor problem with the A/C. The driveway has covered parking, which is a plus when the temperature during the day is in the triple digits. During our stay, we played golf at Hunter Ranch, which is a fun golf course. We also visited the following wineries: Tobin James (joined their wine club), Paris Valley, Robert Hall and Austin Hope. Austin Hope was a wonderful wine tasting experience with excellent wines and I would strongly encourage you to visit them. We also drove to the coast and spent an afternoon in Cambria (bring a jacket or sweater if you’re going to the beach).

Cute house very clean. Kind of dark in living room. Wanted to check in an hour early but was denied although company offered to let us out our food in their fridge for a couple of hours. We didn’t have time. A/C in house is not great. At least not in the significantly hot weather we had. No standing fans and only one ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom. Easy checkin and checkout. You are asked to clean and start laundry!

Traveled with my husband and our pet Leo. Cozy corner exceeded my expectations. It has a nice side yard for dogs and a quick walk to Paso Market Walk. The walk into the square is a bit longer but doable. It was very hot when we were there and the air worked fine. The place has everything you'll need to make you feel at home. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of drawers and closet space. The property was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back.

The house was clean. Kitchen seemed pretty well stocked as far as I can tell. I chose the house for two reasons: The enclosed yard and outside area, and proximity to downtown. The yard was not mowed and therefor not inviting to also was not particularly close to downtown. Probably would not stay there again.

Beautiful and just like it says, "Cozy Corner" & Cute too. The House was so much bigger inside than what it looks like from the outside. We had Easy access to everything, I would highly recommend Paso Robles Vacation Rentals & Beth went above & beyond, They are the best will tell anyone coming to Paso Robles call them much better than a hotel.

The little house was fine. Unfortunately we chose a rainy weekend.
The main problem was the rain which was quite heavy at times. The back door to the patio, which was of course, unusable, had an unfinished threshhold(?) and leaked a lot of water into the entry way on the side of the house.
We left a note for the cleaners and certainly appreciated the large number of towels and the huge washer/dryer.
Walking distance to the main square was great and would love to stay in summer!

This is an older, quaint home but has some nice upgrades. Kitchen was great for cooking breakfast before we went wine tasting.
Beautiful, very comfortable and cozy home, walking distance to downtown area and local tasting rooms, restaurants, and shops.
Well appointed, with everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, lots of extra blankets, towels and housewares to meet our needs. Close to grocery and liquor stores. Easy freeway access. Will definitely be back.

We very much enjoyed our trip. Location is a short walk to the newer Paso Market Walk (coffee, food, and a MUST go-to bakery). Both rooms were great with access to each's own bathrooms, perfect for 2 couples. Large dining room table and miscellaneous storage nooks for all that wine you buy! We will be back!

Cozy Corner was the perfect spot for our stay in Paso Robles! The house is clean and comfortable and very well appointed. (Especially appreciated the magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom!) Very happy with our stay at Cozy Corner. Location was good. If it hadn’t been so hot it would have been a pleasant walk to downtown. House is well set up with 2 bedrooms and baths. Comfortable living area and nicely equipped kitchen. We were traveling with our dog and little side yard very good for him. Would return if we are traveling to the area again.
