Spotless and the most comfortable beds ever. The staff were fantastic from reception to the cleaning staff. We arrived on a day when it was unseasonably cold and we got extra blankets to adorn the majestic beds. I'm an albergue guy while my wife needs the perfect bed. It was luxury. It was so good we are booking to come back as the hotel is also perfectly located for the bus from irun colon station and also the fast bus to donostia/San Sebastian. I'll be honest once you taste the food here you'll find it hard to go along the coast. The staff are just the best. They are so helpful and an absolute delight. I told them we had been to Gran Sol for some pinxtos and they were the best I'd ever tasted. They laughed and said yes, many people have told us and we all eat there too. I then talked about the other bars, the gastroteka, and the knowledge the staff have is fantastic. We took the boat over to Hendaye for a stroll along the beach. It's €2.50 and less than 100m from the hotel. There are two great breakfast stops within 50-200m and this is just a sensational hotel. Thank you.
I forgot to book us in for a month. I'll be back to remedy that. We are Scottish so only allowed three months a year as some idiots thought differently from us. I will be back as often as possible now. I don't like only having 3 months here but that's another story.

Great central location near to old town and restaurants . Staff were extremely helpful
