Location, breakfast, comfortable bed
Smell of wastewater system that was all around the hotel, some problems with their septic pipes/system that somehow could get aired inside the building. Very disgusting smell (smell of dead mice). When I mentioned it they tried to hide it pretending there was no problem. When I indicated it was obvious and they don’t need to hide it, they said oh but it was solved!! It was not solved obviously!

The view on the harbour is amazing
You have to pay 15 euro’s to use the pool?
Well I can understand for the spa but if we just wanted to swim we had to pay 15 euro’s

Great location, friendly staff.
The room was very small, certainly for this price range. We booked the hotel because of the indoor swimming pool for our kids but upon arrival were informed there was an extra charge of 15 pp per day to use it. (Bathrobes had to be rented additionally (20 euro).) The queensized bed was positioned on the side directly against the wall, meaning that you had to climb to get into bed. Similarly, a very small bathroom with the size of a caravan’s bathroom. When we informed the desk employee about the inconvenience of the room we were informed that this was due to having two connecting rooms (the other was for our children). That may be the case but then this should have been communicated beforehand and reflected by the price rate. We won’t be coming back there.
