all was good, as per expectations - staff is nice and welcoming, breakfast is quite diverse and tasty, rooms look good and are well equipped. recommend the hotel especially for business travels (as it's close to the train station, and some office buildings)
lower floor rooms (especially the ones facing the train station) get lots of noise from trams and the street overall - so not very good if you're a light sleeper, or don't like waking up early

Entrap location very close to the station
Room wasn't ready when we arrived well after 3 pm but they offered free soft drinks and it was ready very shortly afterwards.

Lovely big rooms, a wonderful view from the restaurant and very helpful staff.
Air conditioning was limited which meant it was hot and difficult to sleep during the heatwave.
