The room was okay, it is pretty efficient, we found many things we needed. The location was okay too.
The room was really cold, even though we had set the AC to warm mode. The biggest issue for me was the elevator and stairs. It was stated that there was an elevator, but I couldn’t find sufficient information about the small stairs between certain areas. As a result, we had to carry our luggage multiple times. I have a knee problem, so I specifically looked for accommodation with an elevator; however, I didn’t expect to encounter both the elevator and additional small stairs.

The hotel is amazing, well maintained and very clean and aesthetics are really good. It's in prime location and great for short or long term stays. I stayed there for about 3 weeks and I have enjoyed my stay. All of the staff is incredible ! they are very helpful, friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this place if you're traveling to Rotterdam!

The inertia and style was cool and modern - the hotel has a shop with cool things to buy.
Really lovely & perfect location. More quieter but not at all to far from central. Very close and walkable to to interesting stores, streets with concept stores, museums, cafes and restaurants.
Staff were super friendly & inviting.
Considering the cost - The breakfast was quite basic for what they were offering.
Towels were not changed - when the rest of the room was cleaned. That was probably the biggest disappointment.
